1 In fine, [al] li figliuoli di Core.	1 How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
2 Signore, hai benedetta la terra tua; rimuovesti la pregionia di Iacob.	2 My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
3 Hai perdonato la iniquità del tuo popolo; hai coperto tutti loro peccati.	3 Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
4 Temperasti ogni tua ira; hai remosso l'ira del tuo isdegno.	4 Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.
5 Convertine, Iddio nostro Salvatore; e da noi cessi la tua ira.	5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.
6 Ti adirerai forse con noi sempre? ovver estenderai la tua mano da generazione in generazione?	6 Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.
7 Convertito tu, Iddio, a noi presterai vita; e rallegrerassi il tuo popolo in te.	7 They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.
8 Mostraci, Signore, la tua misericordia; e donaci la tua salute.	8 O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.
9 Udirò quello che mi dirà il Signore Iddio; imperò che parlerà la pace nel suo popolo,	9 Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.
10 e ne' suoi santi, e in quelli che si convertono al cuore.	10 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
11 Nientedimeno la sua salute è appresso a coloro che il temono, acciò che la gloria abiti nella terra nostra.	11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
12 La misericordia e la verità si sono scontrate; la giustizia e la pace si hanno baciato.	12 O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
13 Nasciuta è la verità della terra; e la giustizia ha risguardato dal cielo.
14 E certo il Signore darà la benignità; e la terra nostra darà il frutto suo.
15 Inanzi a lui arderà la giustizia, e nella via ponerà gli andamenti suoi.
