BIBBIA VOLGARE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Adunque fece Beseleel e Ooliab e ogni uomo savio, a' quali diede Iddio sapienza e intelletto, che sappiano operare di fabro, quelle cose che sono necessarie nell'uso del santuario, e che comandò lo Signore che si facesse.	1 'Bezalel, Oholiab and al the men whom Yahweh has endowed with the skil and knowledge to knowhow to carry out al the work to be done on the sanctuary, wil do exactly as Yahweh has ordered.'
2 E conciosiacosa che chiamasse loro Moisè, e ogni uomo ammaestrato al quale avesse Iddio dato sapienza, e chi per sua spontanea volontà s'aveano proferti a fare il lavorio,	2 Moses then summoned Bezalel, Oholiab and al the skil ed men whose hearts Yahweh had endowedwith skil , al whose heart stirred them to come forward and do the work.
3 diede a loro tutti li doni delli figliuoli d'Israel. I quali conciosia cosa che istavano nel lavoro (continuamente), la mattina lo popolo offeriva le cose promesse.	3 From Moses they received everything that the Israelites had brought as contributions for carrying outthe work of building the sanctuary, and, as they went on bringing their offerings every morning,
4 Donde li artefici, commossi di venire,	4 the skil ed men who were doing all the work for the sanctuary, al left their particular work
5 dissero a Moisè: più offerisce lo popolo, che non è di bisogno.	5 and said to Moses, 'The people are bringing more than is needed for the work Yahweh has ordered tobe done.'
6 Comandò adunque Moisè, che la voce del banditore andasse, che niuno uomo, nè femina, alcuna cosa èfferano nel lavorio del santuario. E così sono cessate le offerte delli doni.	6 Moses then gave the order and proclamation was made throughout the camp, 'No one, whether manor woman, must do anything more towards contributing for the sanctuary.' So the people were prevented frombringing any more,
7 Perciò che quello ch' era dato bastava e soprabbondava.	7 for the material to hand was enough, and more than enough, to complete al the work.
8 E fecero tutti li savii del cuore, a compire lo lavorìo del tabernacolo, X cortine di bisso ritorto e di giacinto e di porpora e di cocco bistinto, di lavorio variato e diverso per arte.	8 Al the most skil ed of the men doing the work made the Dwelling. Moses made it with ten sheets offinely woven linen, dyed violet-purple, red-purple and crimson and embroidered with great winged creatures.
9 Delle quali l'una avea nella lunghezza XXVIII cubiti, e quattro per larghezza; una misura era di tutte le cortine.	9 The length of a single sheet was twenty-eight cubits, its width four cubits, al the sheets being of thesame size.
10 E congiunse cinque cortine l'una all'altra; e l'altre cinque anche insieme aggiunse.	10 He joined five of the sheets to one another, and the other five sheets to one another.
11 E fece le orecchie di giacinto nell'orlo di una cortina, dall'uno lato e dall'altro lato; e nell'orlo dell' altra cortina somigliantemente,	11 He made violet loops along the edge of the first sheet, at the end of the set, and did the same alongthe edge of the last sheet in the other set.
12 acciò che le orecchie fosseno l'una contro l'altra, e insieme s'aggiugnessero.	12 He made fifty loops on the first sheet and fifty loops along the outer edge of the sheet of the secondset, the loops corresponding to one another.
13 D'onde mise cinquanta cerchi d'oro, i quali mordessero l'orecchie delle cortine, e [ si ] facesse uno tabernacolo.	13 He made fifty gold clasps and joined the sheets together with the clasps. In this way the Dwel ing wasa unified whole.
14 E fece adunque XI copritori di pelli di capre a coprire lo tetto del tabernacolo.	14 Next he made sheets of goats' hair for the tent over the Dwel ing; he made eleven of these.
15 L'uno copritore avea nella lunghezza XXX cubiti, e nella larghezza quattro cùbiti; d'una misura erano tutti li copritori.	15 The length of a single sheet was thirty cubits and its width four cubits; the eleven sheets were al ofthe same size.
16 Delli quali cinque ne giunse insieme da canto, e sei altri ne giunse insieme da disparte.	16 He joined five sheets together into one set and six sheets into another.
17 E fece cinquanta orecchie nell'orlo di uno copritorio, e cinquanta nell'orlo dell' altro copritorio, acciò che insieme s'aggiungessero;	17 He made fifty loops along the edge of the last sheet of the first set, and fifty loops along the edge ofthe sheet of the second set.
18 e cinquanta fibbie di rame, colle quali annodasse il tetto, e uno pallio di tutti li copritori si facesse.	18 He made fifty bronze clasps, to draw the tent together and make it a unified whole.
19 E fece lo coprimento del tabernacolo di pelli di montoni rosseggiate, e l'altro coprimento di sopra delle pelli di giacinto.	19 And for the tent he made a cover of rams' skins dyed red, and a cover of fine leather over that.
20 E fece tavole del tabernacolo, che stavano diritte, di legno setino.	20 For the Dwelling he made vertical frames of acacia wood.
21 X cubiti era la lunghezza dell' una tavola, e uno cubito e uno sommesso la larghezza ritenea.	21 Each frame was ten cubits long and one and a half cubits wide.
22 Due incastrature erano per ciascheduna ta vola, acciò che l'una e l'altra s'aggiugnessero. E così fece in tutte le tavole del tabernacolo.	22 Each frame had twin tenons; this was how he made al the frames for the Dwelling.
23 Delle quali XX n'erano dalla parte meridiana contro all'austro	23 He made frames for the Dwel ing: twenty frames for the south side, to the south,
24 con XL basi d'ariento; due basi sotto una tavola si ponevano, dall'una parte e dall'altra dei canti, dove le incastrature delli lati negli angoli si terminavano.	24 and made forty silver sockets under the twenty frames, two sockets under one frame for its twotenons, two sockets under the next frame for its two tenons;
25 Ma dalla parte del tabernacolo, che ragguarda ad aquilone, fece XX tavole	25 and for the other side of the Dwel ing, the north side, twenty frames
26 con XL basi d'ariento; due basi per ciascheduna tavola.	26 and forty silver sockets, two sockets under one frame, two sockets under the next frame.
27 Ma contro ad occidente, da quella parte del tabernacolo che ragguarda il mare, fece VI tavole:	27 For the back of the Dwel ing, on the west, he made six frames.
28 e due altre per ciascheduno canto del tabernacolo dietro.	28 He also made two frames for the corners at the back of the Dwel ing;
29 Le quali erano giunte di sotto insino di sopra, e in una giuntura parimente istavano. Cosi fece dall'una e l'altra parte per li canti,	29 these were coupled together at the bottom, staying so up to the top, to the level of the first ring; thishe did with the two frames forming the two corners.
30 acciò che otto fossero insieme le tavole, e avessero XVI basi, due sotto ciascheduna tavola.	30 Thus there were eight frames with their sixteen silver sockets; two sockets under each frame.
31 E fece cinque chiavistelli di legno setino, a ritenere le tavole dall'uno lato del tabernacolo;	31 He made crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames of the first side of the Dwel ing,
32 e cinque altri a riconciare le tavole dall'altro lato; e oltre di questi, fece cinque altri chiavistelli dalla parte d'occidente del tabernacolo contro al mare.	32 five crossbars for the frames of the other side of the Dwel ing and five crossbars for the frames whichformed the back of the Dwel ing, to the west.
33 E fece uno altro chiavistello, il quale per mezzo le tavole dall'uno lato insino all'altro per venisse.	33 He made the middle bar, to join the frames from one end to the other, halfway up.
34 Questi tavolati deaurò, e le sue basi erano d'ariento fondute. E li cerchielli fece d'oro, per li quali i chiavistelli inducer si potessero, i quali di piastre d'oro coprìo.	34 He overlaid the frames with gold, made gold rings for them, through which to place the crossbars,and overlaid the crossbars with gold.
35 E fece lo velo di giacinto, di porpora e di vermiglio e di bisso ritorto, di opera rilevata e variata, e distinto;	35 He made a curtain of finely woven linen, dyed violet-purple, red-purple and crimson and embroideredwith great winged creatures,
36 e quattro colonne di legno setino, le quali colli capi inorò, e le sue basi d’ariento fonduto.	36 and for it he made four poles of acacia wood, overlaying them with gold, with golden hooks for them,for which he cast four sockets of silver.
37 E fece lo tentorio nell'entrata del tabernacolo, di giacinto e di porpora e di vermiglio e di bisso ritorto, lavorio variato;	37 For the entrance to the tent he made a screen of finely woven linen embroidered with violet-purple,red-purple and crimson,
38 e cinque colonne colli capi loro, li quali coprìo d'oro; e le basi loro fece di bronzo fondute.	38 as also the five columns for it and their hooks; he overlaid their capitals and rods with gold, but theirfive sockets were of bronze.
