| 1 E Il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse: | 1 And the LORD said to Moses, |
| 2 Di' a' figliuoli d'Israele: L’anima, che avrà peccato per ignoranza, e avrà fatta alcuna di tutte quelle cose, che il Signor ha comandato, che non si facciano: | 2 "Say to the people of Israel, If any one sins unwittingly in any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and does any one of them, |
| 3 Se il sacerdote, che fu unto, è quegli, che ha peccato, facendo peccare il popolo, offerirà pel suo peccato al Signore un vitello senza macchia: | 3 if it is the anointed priest who sins, thus bringing guilt on the people, then let him offer for the sin which he has committed a young bull without blemish to the LORD for a sin offering. |
| 4 E Io condurrà alla porta del tabernacolo del testimonio dinanzi al Signore: e porrà sul capo di esso la sua mano, e lo immolerà al Signore. | 4 He shall bring the bull to the door of the tent of meeting before the LORD, and lay his hand on the head of the bull, and kill the bull before the LORD. |
| 5 Prenderà ancora del sangue del vitello, e lo porterà dentro il tabernacolo del testimonio: | 5 And the anointed priest shall take some of the blood of the bull and bring it to the tent of meeting; |
| 6 E intinto il dito nel sangue, ne farà aspersione sette volte dinanzi al Signore verso il velo del Santuario: | 6 and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle part of the blood seven times before the LORD in front of the veil of the sanctuary. |
| 7 E dello stesso sangue ne porrà su' corni dell'altare dei timiami gratissimi al Signore, il qual (altare) sta nel tabernacolo del testimonio: e tutto il rimanente del sangue lo verserà a' piedi dell'altare degli olocausti all’ingresso del tabernacolo. | 7 And the priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense before the LORD which is in the tent of meeting, and the rest of the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the door of the tent of meeting. |
| 8 E (estrarrà) il grasso del vitello immolato per lo peccato, tanto quel che cuopre le viscere, come tutto quello che è internamente. | 8 And all the fat of the bull of the sin offering he shall take from it, the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails, |
| 9 I due reni, e la rete, che sta sopra questi presso ai fianchi, e il grasso del fegato e co' reni: | 9 and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them at the loins, and the appendage of the liver which he shall take away with the kidneys |
| 10 Nella stessa maniera, che ciò si estrae dal vitello dell'ostia pacifica: e queste cose le brucerà sopra l’altare degli olocausti. | 10 (just as these are taken from the ox of the sacrifice of the peace offerings), and the priest shall burn them upon the altar of burnt offering. |
| 11 La pelle poi, e tutta la carne col capo, e piedi, e intestini, ed escrementi, | 11 But the skin of the bull and all its flesh, with its head, its legs, its entrails, and its dung, |
| 12 E con tutto il resto del corpo li porterà fuori degli alloggiamenti in un luogo mondo, dove soglion gettarsi le ceneri; e li brucerà sopra una massa di legne, e saran consunti nel luogo, dove si buttan le ceneri. | 12 the whole bull he shall carry forth outside the camp to a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and shall burn it on a fire of wood; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned. |
| 13 Che se tutta la moltitudine d'Israele peccherà d'ignoranza, e per imperizia farà quello che è contro al comando del Signore, | 13 "If the whole congregation of Israel commits a sin unwittingly and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they do any one of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done and are guilty; |
| 14 E di poi riconoscerà il suo fallo, offerirà pel suo peccato un vitello, e lo condurrà alla porta del tabernacolo: | 14 when the sin which they have committed becomes known, the assembly shall offer a young bull for a sin offering and bring it before the tent of meeting; |
| 15 E sul capo di esso porran le mani i seniori del popolo dinanzi al Signore. E immolato il vitello al cospetto del Signore, | 15 and the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands upon the head of the bull before the LORD, and the bull shall be killed before the LORD. |
| 16 Il sacerdote, che è unto, porterà del sangue di esso nel tabernacolo del testimonio, | 16 Then the anointed priest shall bring some of the blood of the bull to the tent of meeting, |
| 17 E intinto il dito (nel sangue) farà sette volte l’aspersione verso il velo: | 17 and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the LORD in front of the veil. |
| 18 E dello stesso sangue ne spruzzerà su’ corni dell'altare, che è davanti al Signore nel tabernacolo del testimonio; e il rimanente del sangue lo spargerà appiè dell’altare degli olocausti, che è alla porta del tabernacolo del testimonio. | 18 And he shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is in the tent of meeting before the LORD; and the rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the door of the tent of meeting. |
| 19 E tutto il grasso di esso lo prenderà, e lo brucerà sopra l’altare: | 19 And all its fat he shall take from it and burn upon the altar. |
| 20 Facendo anche di questo vitello, come fu fatto del precedente: e fatta dal sacerdote orazione per essi, il Signore sarà propizio verso di loro. | 20 Thus shall he do with the bull; as he did with the bull of the sin offering, so shall he do with this; and the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven. |
| 21 Lo stesso vitello poi lo porterà egli fuor dell'accampamento, e lo brucerà come il precedente; perché è offerto pel peccato del popolo. | 21 And he shall carry forth the bull outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull; it is the sin offering for the assembly. |
| 22 Se peccherà un principe, e farà per ignoranza una delle molte cose proibite dalla legge del Signore, | 22 "When a ruler sins, doing unwittingly any one of all the things which the LORD his God has commanded not to be done, and is guilty, |
| 23 E poscia riconoscerà il suo peccato; offerirà ostia al Signore, un capro senza macchia, parto di capra: | 23 if the sin which he has committed is made known to him, he shall bring as his offering a goat, a male without blemish, |
| 24 E porrà sul capo di lui la sua mano; e dopo d’averlo immolato in quel luogo, dove suole scannarsi l'olocausto dinanzi al Signore; perocché è (sacrifizio) per il peccato; | 24 and shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before the LORD; it is a sin offering. |
| 25 Il sacerdote intingerà il dito nel sangue di questa ostia per il peccato, e ne spruzzerà su' corni dell'altare degli olocausti, e il rimanente lo spargerà appiè dell'altare. | 25 Then the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering. |
| 26 Sopra del quale farà bruciare il grasso, come far si suole dell'ostie pacifiche: e il sacerdote farà orazione per lui, e pel suo peccato, e saragli rimesso. | 26 And all its fat he shall burn on the altar, like the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings; so the priest shall make atonement for him for his sin, and he shall be forgiven. |
| 27 Che se un uomo del volgo avrà peccato per ignoranza, e avrà fatto alcuna delle cose vietate nella legge del Signore, e avrà prevaricato, | 27 "If any one of the common people sins unwittingly in doing any one of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and is guilty, |
| 28 E riconoscerà il suo peccato, offerirà una capra senza macchia: | 28 when the sin which he has committed is made known to him he shall bring for his offering a goat, a female without blemish, for his sin which he has committed. |
| 29 E porrà la mano sul capo di essa, che è ostia per il peccato: e la immolerà nel luogo degli olocausti. | 29 And he shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and kill the sin offering in the place of burnt offering. |
| 30 E il sacerdote prenderà col suo dito del sangue: e avendone messo su' corni dell'altare degli olocausti, il rimanente lo verserà appiè di esso. | 30 And the priest shall take some of its blood with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar. |
| 31 E levatone tutto il grasso, come suol togliersi dalle vittime pacifiche, lo farà bruciar sull’altare in odor soavissimo al Signore: e pregherà per quell’uomo, e gli sarà perdonato. | 31 And all its fat he shall remove, as the fat is removed from the peace offerings, and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a pleasing odor to the LORD; and the priest shall make atonement for him, and he shall be forgiven. |
| 32 Che se pel peccato offerirà vittima presa da un branco di pecore, vale a dire una pecorella senza macchia; | 32 "If he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring a female without blemish, |
| 33 Porrà la mano sul capo di lei, e la immolerà nel luogo, dove sogliono scannarsi le vittime degli olocausti. | 33 and lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and kill it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering. |
| 34 E il sacerdote prenderà col dito del sangue di essa, e toccherà i corni dell’altare degli olocausti, e il rimanente lo verserà appiè di esso. | 34 Then the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar. |
| 35 E presone ancor tutto il grasso, come suol prendersi il grasso dell'ariete, che s'immola in ostia pacifica, lo brucerà sopra l'altare in olocausto al Signore; e farà orazione per quell’uomo, e pel peccato di lui, e gli sarà perdonato. | 35 And all its fat he shall remove as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of peace offerings, and the priest shall burn it on the altar, upon the offerings by fire to the LORD; and the priest shall make atonement for him for the sin which he has committed, and he shall be forgiven. |
