1 Pour les fils d'Issachar: Tola, Pua, Yashub, Shimrôn: quatre.1 Now the sons of Issachar were Thola, and Phua, Jasub and Simeron, four.

9 les chefs de leurs familles, vaillants preux, groupèrent selon leur parenté 20.200 hommes.9 And they were numbered by the families, heads of their kindreds, most valiant men for war, twenty thousand and two hundred.
10 Fils de Yediael: Bilhân. Fils de Bilhân: Yéush, Benjamin, Ehud, Kenaana, Zetân, Tarshish,Ahishahar.10 And the son of Jadihel: Balan. And the sons of Balan: Jehus and Benjamin and Aod, and Chanana, and Zethan and Tharsis, and Ahisahar.
11 Tous ces fils de Yediael devinrent des chefs de famille, preux valeureux, au nombre de17.200 hommes aptes à faire campagne et à combattre.11 All these were sons of Jadihel, heads of their kindreds, most valiant men, seventeen thousand and two hundred fit to go out to war.
12 Shuppim et Huppim. Fils de Ir: Hushim; son fils: Aher.12 Sepham also and Hapham the sons of Hir: and Hasim the sons of Aher.

15 Makir prit une femme pour Huppim et Shuppim. Le nom de sa soeur était Maaka. Le nom dusecond était Celophehad. Celophehad eut des filles.15 And Machir took wives for his sons Happhim, and Saphan: and he had a sister named Maacha: the name of the second was Salphaad, and Salphaad had daughters.
16 Maaka, femme de Makir, enfanta un fils qu'elle appela Péresh. Son frère s'appelait Shéresh etses fils Ulam et Réqem.16 And Maacha the wife of Machir bore a son, and she called his name Phares: and the name of his brother was Sares: and his sons were Ulam and Recen.

28 Ils possédaient des domaines et habitaient à Béthel et dans ses dépendances, à Naarân à l'est,à Gézer et dans ses dépendances à l'ouest, à Sichem et dans ses dépendances, et même à Ayya et sesdépendances.28 And their possessions and habitations were Bethel with her daughters, and eastward Noran, and westward Gazer and her daughters, Sichem also with her daughters, as far as Ass with her daughters.

33 Fils de Yaphlet: Pasak, Bimhal et Ashvat. Tels sont les fils de Yaphlet.33 The sons of Jephlat: Phosech, and Chamaal, and Asoth: these are the sons of Jephlat.
34 Fils de Shémer son frère: Rohga, Hubba et Aram.34 And the sons of Somer: Ahi, and Roaga, and Haba, and Aram.
35 Fils de Hélem son frère: Cophah, Yimna, Shélesh et Amal.35 And the sons of Helem his brother: Supha, and Jemna, and Selles, and Amal.
36 Fils de Cophah: Suah, Harnépher, Shual, Béri et Yimra,36 The sons of Supha: Sue, Hernapher, and Sual, and Beri, and Jamra.

40 Tous ceux-là étaient fils d'Asher, chefs des familles, hommes d'élite, vaillants preux,premiers des princes, ils se groupèrent en troupes de combat comptant 26.000 hommes.40 All these were sons of Aser, heads of their families, choice and most valiant captains of captains: and the number of them that were of the age that was fit for war, was six and twenty thousand.
