1 Alleluia. Praise the Lord, because the psalm is good. Delightful and beautiful praise shall be for our God.	1 Alleluia. Lodate Dio. Lodate il Signore, perché buona cosa è il salmo: diasi al nostro Dio lauda gradevole, e conveniente.
2 The Lord builds up Jerusalem. He will gather together the dispersed of Israel.	2 Il Signore, che edifica Gerusalemme radunerà i figliuoli d'Israele dispersi.
3 He heals the contrite of heart, and he binds up their sorrows.	3 Egli è, che risana i contriti di cuore, e fascia le loro piaghe.
4 He numbers the multitude of the stars, and he calls them all by their names.	4 Egli, che conta la moltitudine delle stelle, e tutte le chiama pel loro nome.
5 Great is our Lord, and great is his virtue. And of his wisdom, there is no number.	5 Grande il Signore Dio nostro, e grande la potenza di lui, e la sua sapienza non ha misura.
6 The Lord lifts up the meek, but he brings down the sinner, even to the ground.	6 Il Signore è difensore de' mansueti, ma umilia fino a terra i peccatori.
7 Sing before the Lord with confession. Play psalms to our God on a stringed instrument.	7 Cantate inni al Signore con rendimento di grazie: celebrate le lodi di lui sulla cetera.
8 He covers heaven with clouds, and he prepares rain for the earth. He produces grass on the mountains and herbs for the service of men.	8 Egli, che il cielo ricuopre di nuvole, e alla terra prepara la pioggia. Egli, che produce su' monti il fieno, e gli erbaggi per servigio dell'uomo.
9 He gives their food to beasts of burden and to young ravens that call upon him.	9 Egli, che da il loro cibo a' giumenti, e ai teneri corvi, che lo invocano.
10 He will not have good will for the strength of the horse, nor will he be well pleased with the legs of a man.	10 Ei non fa conto della forza del cavallo, né che l'uomo stia ben in gambe.
11 The Lord is well pleased with those who fear him and with those who hope in his mercy.	11 Il Signore si compiace di que',che lo temono, e di quei, che sperano a misericordia.
