Revelation 15

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA TINTORI
1 And I saw in heaven another sign, great and wonderful: seven angels were bringing the seven plaguesthat are the last of al , because they exhaust the anger of God.	1 Poi vidi in cielo un altro prodigio, grande e maraviglioso: sette Angeli colle sette piaghe ultime, perchè con esse ha da compirsi l'ira di Dio.
2 I seemed to be looking at a sea of crystal suffused with fire, and standing by the lake of glass, thosewho had fought against the beast and won, and against his statue and the number which is his name. They alhad harps from God,	2 E vidi come un mare di vetro misto di fuoco, e sul mare di vetro stavan quelli che avevan vinta la bestia e la sua imagine e il numero del suo nome. Essi, tenendo le arpe di Dio,
3 and they were singing the hymn of Moses, the servant of God, and the hymn of the Lamb: How greatand wonderful are al your works, Lord God Almighty; upright and true are al your ways, King of nations.	3 cantavano il cantico di Mosè, servo di Dio, e il cantico dell'Agnello, e dicevano: Grandi e maravigliose sono le opere tue, o Signore Dio onnipotente! Giuste e vere son le tue vie, o Re dei secoli.
4 Who does not revere and glorify your name, O Lord? For you alone are holy, and al nations will comeand adore you for the many acts of saving justice you have shown.	4 Chi non ti tornerà, o Signore, e non glorificherà il tuo nome? Tu solo sei pio! E tutte le nazioni vorranno e si prostreranno dinanzi a te, perchè la tua giustizia è divenuta manifesta.
5 After this, in my vision, the sanctuary, the tent of the Testimony, opened in heaven,	5 Dopo ciò mirai: ed ecco aprirsi in cielo il tempio del tabernacolo del testimonio,
6 and out came the seven angels with the seven plagues, wearing pure white linen, fastened round theirwaists with belts of gold.	6 ed uscire dal tempio sette Angeli con le sette piaghe: eran vestiti di lino puro e splendido, e cinti al petto di fasce d'oro.
7 One of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven golden bowls filled with the anger of Godwho lives for ever and ever.	7 E uno dei quattro animali diede ai sette Angeli sette calici d'oro pieni dell'ira di Dio, che vive nei secoli dei secoli.
8 The smoke from the glory and the power of God fil ed the temple so that no one could go into it untilthe seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.	8 E il tempio si empì di fumo per la maestà di Dio e per la sua potenza e nessuno poteva entrare nel tempio finché non fossero compiute le sette piaghe dei sette Angeli.
