Revelation 15

NEW JERUSALEM	JERUSALEM
1 And I saw in heaven another sign, great and wonderful: seven angels were bringing the seven plaguesthat are the last of al , because they exhaust the anger of God.	1 Puis je vis dans le ciel encore un signe, grand et merveilleux: sept Anges, portant sept fléaux,les derniers puisqu'ils doivent consommer la colère de Dieu.
2 I seemed to be looking at a sea of crystal suffused with fire, and standing by the lake of glass, thosewho had fought against the beast and won, and against his statue and the number which is his name. They alhad harps from God,	2 Et je vis comme une mer de cristal mêlée de feu, et ceux qui ont triomphé de la Bête, de sonimage et du chiffre de son nom, debout près de cette mer de cristal. S'accompagnant sur les harpes de Dieu,
3 and they were singing the hymn of Moses, the servant of God, and the hymn of the Lamb: How greatand wonderful are al your works, Lord God Almighty; upright and true are al your ways, King of nations.	3 ils chantent le cantique de Moïse, le serviteur de Dieu, et le cantique de l'Agneau: "Grandes etmerveilleuses sont tes oeuvres, Seigneur, Dieu Maître-de-tout; justes et droites sont tes voies, ô Roi des nations.
4 Who does not revere and glorify your name, O Lord? For you alone are holy, and al nations will comeand adore you for the many acts of saving justice you have shown.	4 Qui ne craindrait, Seigneur, et ne glorifierait ton nom? Car seul tu es saint; et tous les païensviendront se prosterner devant toi, parce que tu as fait éclater tes vengeances."
5 After this, in my vision, the sanctuary, the tent of the Testimony, opened in heaven,	5 Après quoi, ma vision se poursuivit. Au ciel s'ouvrit le temple, la Tente du Témoignage,
6 and out came the seven angels with the seven plagues, wearing pure white linen, fastened round theirwaists with belts of gold.	6 d'où sortirent les sept Anges aux sept fléaux, vêtus de robes de lin pur, éblouissantes, serrées àla taille par des ceintures en or.
7 One of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven golden bowls filled with the anger of Godwho lives for ever and ever.	7 Puis, l'un des quatre Vivants remit aux sept Anges sept coupes en or remplies de la colère duDieu qui vit pour les siècles des siècles.
8 The smoke from the glory and the power of God fil ed the temple so that no one could go into it untilthe seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.	8 Et le temple se remplit d'une fumée produite par la gloire de Dieu et par sa puissance, en sorteque nul ne put y pénétrer jusqu'à la consommation des sept fléaux des sept Anges.
