Revelation 15

NEW JERUSALEM	DIODATI
1 And I saw in heaven another sign, great and wonderful: seven angels were bringing the seven plaguesthat are the last of al , because they exhaust the anger of God.	1 POI io vidi nel cielo un altro segno grande, e maraviglioso: sette angeli, che aveano le sette ultime piaghe; perciocchè in esse è compiuta l’ira di Dio.
2 I seemed to be looking at a sea of crystal suffused with fire, and standing by the lake of glass, thosewho had fought against the beast and won, and against his statue and the number which is his name. They alhad harps from God,	2 Io vidi adunque come un mare di vetro, mescolato di fuoco; e quelli che aveano ottenuta vittoria della bestia, e della sua immagine, e del suo marchio, e dal numero del suo nome; i quali stavano in piè in sul mare di vetro, avendo delle cetere di Dio.
3 and they were singing the hymn of Moses, the servant of God, and the hymn of the Lamb: How greatand wonderful are al your works, Lord God Almighty; upright and true are al your ways, King of nations.	3 E cantavano il cantico di Mosè, servitor di Dio, e il cantico dell’Agnello, dicendo: Grandi e maravigliose son le opere tue, o Signore Iddio onnipotente; giuste e veraci son le tue vie, o Re delle nazioni.
4 Who does not revere and glorify your name, O Lord? For you alone are holy, and al nations will comeand adore you for the many acts of saving justice you have shown.	4 O Signore, chi non ti temerà, e non glorificherà il tuo nome? poichè tu solo sei santo; certo tutte le nazioni verranno, e adoreranno nel tuo cospetto; perciocchè i tuoi giudicii sono stati manifestati
5 After this, in my vision, the sanctuary, the tent of the Testimony, opened in heaven,	5 E dopo queste cose, io vidi, e fu aperto il tempio del tabernacolo della testimonianza nel cielo.
6 and out came the seven angels with the seven plagues, wearing pure white linen, fastened round theirwaists with belts of gold.	6 E i sette angeli, che aveano le sette piaghe, usciron del tempio, vestiti di lino puro e risplendente; e cinti intorno al petto di cinture d’oro.
7 One of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven golden bowls filled with the anger of Godwho lives for ever and ever.	7 E l’uno de’ quattro animali diede a’ sette angeli sette coppe d’oro, piene dell’ira dell’Iddio vivente ne’ secoli dei secoli.
8 The smoke from the glory and the power of God fil ed the temple so that no one could go into it untilthe seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.	8 E il tempio fu ripieno di fumo, procedente dalla gloria di Dio, e dalla sua potenza; e niuno poteva entrare nel tempio, finchè non fossero compiute le sette piaghe degli angeli
