Revelation 15

NEW JERUSALEM	LA SACRA BIBBIA
1 And I saw in heaven another sign, great and wonderful: seven angels were bringing the seven plaguesthat are the last of al , because they exhaust the anger of God.	1 Poi vidi un altro segno grande e mirabile nel cielo: sette angeli con sette flagelli, gli ultimi, perché con essi sarà compiuta l'ira di Dio.
2 I seemed to be looking at a sea of crystal suffused with fire, and standing by the lake of glass, thosewho had fought against the beast and won, and against his statue and the number which is his name. They alhad harps from God,	2 Vidi, inoltre, come un mare di cristallo, mescolato a fuoco, su cui stavano, con arpe divine, quelli che avevano riportato vittoria sulla bestia e la sua immagine e il numero del suo nome.
3 and they were singing the hymn of Moses, the servant of God, and the hymn of the Lamb: How greatand wonderful are al your works, Lord God Almighty; upright and true are al your ways, King of nations.	3 Cantavano il cantico di Mosè, il servo di Dio, e il cantico dell'Agnello, dicendo: "Grandi e mirabili sono le tue opere, o Signore Dio, Onnipotente. Giuste e veraci sono le tue vie, o Re delle nazioni!
4 Who does not revere and glorify your name, O Lord? For you alone are holy, and al nations will comeand adore you for the many acts of saving justice you have shown.	4 Chi, preso da salutare timore, non glorificherà il tuo nome, o Signore? Poiché tu solo sei santo. Sì, tutte le nazioni verranno e davanti a te si prostreranno quando avrai manifestato i tuoi giudizi!".
5 After this, in my vision, the sanctuary, the tent of the Testimony, opened in heaven,	5 Dopo questo, vidi aprirsi nel cielo il santuario della Tenda della Testimonianza.
6 and out came the seven angels with the seven plagues, wearing pure white linen, fastened round theirwaists with belts of gold.	6 Dal tempio uscirono i sette angeli con i sette flagelli; splendevano nelle loro vesti di candido lino, cinti al petto con fasce dorate.
7 One of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven golden bowls filled with the anger of Godwho lives for ever and ever.	7 Uno dei quattro Viventi consegnò ai sette angeli sette coppe d'oro, piene del furore di Dio, di colui che vive nei secoli dei secoli.
8 The smoke from the glory and the power of God fil ed the temple so that no one could go into it untilthe seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.	8 E il tempio si riempì di fumo a causa della gloria di Dio e della sua potenza, in modo che nessuno vi poteva entrare, finché non fossero consumati i sette flagelli dei sette angeli.
