Revelation 10

1 Then I saw another powerful angel coming down from heaven, wrapped in cloud, with a rainbow overhis head; his face was like the sun, and his legs were pillars of fire.	1 וארא מלאך אחר אביר יורד מן השמים והוא עטה ענן ועל ראשו כמראה קשת הענן ופניו כשמש ורגליו כעמודי אש
2 In his hand he had a small scroll, unrol ed; he put his right foot in the sea and his left foot on the land	2 ובידו ספר קטן פתוח וישם את רגל ימינו על הים ואת שמאלו על הארץ
3 and he shouted so loud, it was like a lion roaring. At this, the seven claps of thunder made themselvesheard	3 ויקרא בקול גדול כאשר ישאג האריה ובקראו דברו שבעת הרעמים בקולתיהם
4 and when the seven thunderclaps had sounded, I was preparing to write, when I heard a voice fromheaven say to me, 'Keep the words of the seven thunderclaps secret and do not write them down.'	4 וכדבר שבעת הרעמים בקולתיהם חפצתי לכתב ואשמע קול מן השמים לאמר חתום את אשר דברו שבעת הרעמים ואל תכתב זאת
5 Then the angel that I had seen, standing on the sea and the land, raised his right hand to heaven,	5 והמלאך אשר ראיתיו עמד על הים ועל הארץ הרים ידו אל השמים
6 and swore by him who lives for ever and ever, and made heaven and all that it contains, and earth andal it contains, and the sea and al it contains, 'The time of waiting is over;	6 וישבע בחי עולמי העולמים אשר ברא את השמים וכל אשר בהם והארץ וכל אשר בה והים וכל אשר בו כי לא יהיה עוד זמן
7 at the time when the seventh angel is heard sounding his trumpet, the mystery of God will be fulfil ed,just as he announced in the gospel to his servants the prophets.'	7 אך בימי קול המלאך השביעי בעת עמדו לתקוע ונשלם סוד האלהים כאשר בשר את עבדיו הנביאים
8 Then I heard the voice I had heard from heaven speaking to me again. 'Go', it said, 'and take thatopen scroll from the hand of the angel standing on sea and land.'	8 והקול אשר שמעתי מן השמים שב לדבר אלי לאמר לך וקח את הספר הקטן הפתוח אשר ביד המלאך העמד על הים ועל הארץ
9 I went to the angel and asked him to give me the smal scrol , and he said, 'Take it and eat it; it wilturn your stomach sour, but it wil taste as sweet as honey.'	9 ואבא אל המלאך ואמר לו תנה לי את הספר ויאמר אלי קח ואכל אתו וימר לבטנך אבל בפיך יהיה מתוק כדבש
10 So I took it out of the angel's hand, and I ate it and it tasted sweet as honey, but when I had eaten itmy stomach turned sour.	10 ואקח את הספר מיד המלאך ואכלהו ויהי בפי כדבש למתוק ואחרי אכלי אתו וימלא בטני מרורים
11 Then I was told, 'You are to prophesy again, this time against many different nations and countriesand languages and kings.'	11 ויאמר אלי עליך לשוב להנבא עוד על עמים וגוים ולשנות ומלכים רבים
