Galatians 6

NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 Brothers, even if one of you is caught doing something wrong, those of you who are spiritual should setthat person right in a spirit of gentleness; and watch yourselves that you are not put to the test in the same way.	1 Hermanos, si alguien es sorprendido en alguna falta, ustedes, los que están animados por el Espíritu, corríjanlo con dulzura. Piensa que también tú puedes ser tentado.
2 Carry each other's burdens; that is how to keep the law of Christ.	2 Ayúdense mutuamente a llevar las cargas, y así cumplirán la Ley de Cristo.
3 Someone who thinks himself important, when he is not, only deceives himself;	3 Si alguien se imagina ser algo, se engaña, porque en realidad no es nada.
4 but everyone is to examine his own achievements, and then he wil confine his boasting to his ownachievements, not comparing them with anybody else's.	4 Que cada uno examine su propia conducta, y así podrá encontrar en sí mismo y no en los demás, un motivo de satisfacción.
5 Each one has his own load to carry.	5 Porque cada uno tiene que llevar su propia carga.
6 When someone is under instruction in doctrine, he should give his teacher a share in al hispossessions.	6 El que recibe la enseñanza de la Palabra, que haga participar de todos sus bienes al que lo instruye.
7 Don't delude yourself: God is not to be fooled; whatever someone sows, that is what he wil reap.	7 No se engañen: nadie se burla de Dios. Se recoge lo que se siembra:
8 If his sowing is in the field of self-indulgence, then his harvest from it wil be corruption; if his sowing is inthe Spirit, then his harvest from the Spirit wil be eternal life.	8 el que siembra para satisfacer su carne, de la carne recogerá sólo la corrupción; y el que siembra según el Espíritu, del Espíritu recogerá la Vida eterna.
9 And let us never slacken in doing good; for if we do not give up, we shal have our harvest in due time.	9 No nos cansemos de hacer el bien, porque la cosecha llegará a su tiempo si no desfallecemos.
10 So then, as long as we have the opportunity let al our actions be for the good of everybody, andespecial y of those who belong to the household of the faith.	10 Por lo tanto, mientras estamos a tiempo hagamos el bien a todos, pero especialmente a nuestros hermanos en la fe.
11 Notice what large letters I have used in writing to you with my own hand.	11 ¿Ven estas letras grandes? ¡Les estoy escribiendo con mi propia mano!
12 It is those who want to cut a figure by human standards who force circumcision on you, simply so thatthey will not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.	12 Los que quieren imponerles la circuncisión sólo buscan quedar bien exteriormente, y evitar ser perseguidos a causa de la cruz de Cristo.
13 Even though they are circumcised they stil do not keep the Law themselves; they want you to becircumcised only so that they can boast of your outward appearance.	13 Porque tampoco aquellos que se hacen circuncidar observan la Ley; sólo pretenden que ustedes se circunciden para gloriarse de eso.
14 But as for me, it is out of the question that I should boast at al , except of the cross of our Lord JesusChrist, through whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.	14 Yo sólo me gloriaré en la cruz de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, por quien el mundo está crucificado para mí, como yo lo estoy para el mundo.
15 It is not being circumcised or uncircumcised that matters; but what matters is a new creation.	15 Estar circuncidado o no estarlo, no tiene ninguna importancia: lo que importa es ser una nueva criatura.
16 Peace and mercy to al who fol ow this as their rule and to the Israel of God.	16 Que todos los que practican esta norma tengan paz y misericordia, lo mismo que el Israel de Dios.
17 After this, let no one trouble me; I carry branded on my body the marks of Jesus.	17 Que nadie me moleste en adelante: yo llevo en mi cuerpo las cicatrices de Jesús.
18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, my brothers. Amen.	18 Hermanos, que la gracia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo permanezca con ustedes. Amén.
