Micah 4

NEW JERUSALEM	Біблія
1 But in days to come Yahweh's Temple Mountain will tower above the mountains, rise higher than thehil s.	1 І станеться: в останні дні гора дому Господнього буде встановлена як вершина гір і буде вивищена над пагорбами. Народи попливуть до неї.
2 Then the peoples wil stream to it, then many nations wil come and say, 'Come, we will go up toYahweh's mountain, to the Temple of the God of Jacob, so that he may teach us his ways and we may walk inhis paths; for the Law issues from Zion and Yahweh's word from Jerusalem.'	2 Сила народів піде й скаже: «Ходіть, зійдемо на Господню гору, до дому Бога Якова: він своїх доріг навчить нас, і ми його стежками будемо ходити, бо то з Сіону закон вийде, Господнє слово — з Єрусалиму.»
3 He wil judge between many peoples and arbitrate between mighty nations. They wil hammer theirswords into ploughshares and their spears into bil -hooks. Nation will not lift sword against nation or ever againbe trained to make war.	3 Він між численними племенами буде судити, і про могутні народи буде вирішувати, ген-ген далеко. Вони перекують свої мечі на рала, на серпи — свої списи. Народ проти народу не буде меча піднімати, ані не будуть більше вчитися воювати.
4 But each man wil sit under his vine and fig tree with no one to trouble him. The mouth of YahwehSabaoth has spoken.	4 І вони — кожний з них буде сидіти під своєю виноградною лозою, — і кожний під смоковницею, і ніхто не буде їх лякати, — бо уста Господа сил сказали.
5 For all peoples go forward, each in the name of its god, while we go forward in the name of Yahweh ourGod for ever and ever.	5 Бо хай усі народи ходять кожний во ім’я бога свого, ми ж будемо ходити в ім’я Господа, Бога нашого, по віки вічні.
6 That day -- declares Yahweh- I shal gather in the lame and bring together the strays and those whom Ihave treated harshly.	6 «В той день, — слово Господнє, — я зберу кульгавих і прогнаних далеко позбираю, і тих, що я був зажурив.
7 From the footsore I shall make a remnant, and from the far-flung a mighty nation. And Yahweh will reignover them on Mount Zion thenceforth and for ever.	7 З кульгавих я зроблю останок, а з порозкиданих далеко — народ могутній. І Господь буде над ними царювати на горі Сіоні віднині і повіки.»
8 And to you, Tower of the Flock, Ophel of the daughter of Zion, to you your former sovereignty wil return,the royal power of the daughter of Jerusalem.	8 Ти ж, Мігдал-Едере, пагорбе дочки Сіону! До тебе вона прийде, знов повернеться влада перша, царство дочки Єрусалиму.
9 Why are you crying out now? Have you no king? Has your counsel or perished, for pangs to grip youlike those of a woman in labour?	9 Чого ж ти так тепер голосиш? Хіба нема царя у тебе? Або загинув твій порадник, що тебе схопили болі, неначе породіллю?
10 Writhe in pain and cry aloud, daughter of Zion, like a woman in labour, for now you must leave the cityand camp in the open country; to Babylon you must go, and there you will be rescued; there Yahweh wil ransomyou from the clutches of your enemies.	10 Звивайсь від болю, кричи, дочко Сіону, неначе породілля, бо тепер мусиш вийти з міст і мусиш перебувати в чистім полі. Підеш аж у Вавилон; там будеш вирятувана, там Господь тебе викупить з руки твоїх ворогів.
11 Now many nations have mustered against you. They say, 'Let us desecrate her, let us gloat over Zion!'	11 Тепер сила народів зібралась проти тебе, які кажуть: «Нехай його осквернять, хай наші очі надивляться отак на Сіон.»
12 But they do not know Yahweh's thoughts, they do not understand his design: he has col ected themlike sheaves on the threshing-floor.	12 Але вони не відають думок Господніх, і наміру його не розуміють, що він їх зібрав, мов снопи на току.
13 Start your threshing, daughter of Zion, for I shal make your horn like iron, I shall make your hooves likebronze, so that you can crush many peoples. And you wil devote what they have stolen to Yahweh, their wealthto the Lord of the whole earth.	13 Вставай же, молоти, дочко Сіону, бо зроблю ріг твій, мов із заліза, твої копита зроблю, немов з бронзи, і ти розітреш силу народів. Ти здобич їхню присвятиш Господеві, і їхнє багатство Владиці усього світу.
14 Now look to your fortifications, Fortress! They have laid siege to us; the ruler of Israel wil be struck onthe cheek with a rod.	14 Тепер опережися валом, Бет-Гадере! Проти нас висипано насип; суддю Ізраїля б’ють по щоці києм.
