Micah 4

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 But in days to come Yahweh's Temple Mountain will tower above the mountains, rise higher than thehil s.	1 Sucederá en días futuros que el monte de la Casa de Yahveh será asentado en la cima de los montes, y se alzará por encima de las colinas. Y afluirán a él los pueblos,
2 Then the peoples wil stream to it, then many nations wil come and say, 'Come, we will go up toYahweh's mountain, to the Temple of the God of Jacob, so that he may teach us his ways and we may walk inhis paths; for the Law issues from Zion and Yahweh's word from Jerusalem.'	2 acudirán naciones numerosas y dirán: «Venid, subamos al monte de Yahveh, a la Casa del Dios de Jacob, para que él nos enseñe sus caminos, y nosotros sigamos sus senderos». Pues de Sión saldrá la Ley, y de Jerusalén la palabra de Yahveh.
3 He wil judge between many peoples and arbitrate between mighty nations. They wil hammer theirswords into ploughshares and their spears into bil -hooks. Nation will not lift sword against nation or ever againbe trained to make war.	3 El juzgará entre pueblos numerosos, y corregirá a naciones poderosas; forjarán ellas sus espadas en azadones, y sus lanzas en podaderas. No blandirá más la espada nación contra nación, ni se adiestrarán más para la guerra.
4 But each man wil sit under his vine and fig tree with no one to trouble him. The mouth of YahwehSabaoth has spoken.	4 Se sentará cada cual bajo su parra, y bajo su higuera, sin que nadie le inquiete, ¡la boca de Yahveh Sebaot ha hablado!
5 For all peoples go forward, each in the name of its god, while we go forward in the name of Yahweh ourGod for ever and ever.	5 Pues todos los pueblos caminan cada uno en el nombre de sus dioses, pero nosotros caminamos en el nombre de Yahveh nuestro Dios, para siempre jamás.
6 That day -- declares Yahweh- I shal gather in the lame and bring together the strays and those whom Ihave treated harshly.	6 Aquel día - oráculo de Yahveh - yo recogeré a la oveja coja, reuniré a la perseguida, y a la que yo había maltratado.
7 From the footsore I shall make a remnant, and from the far-flung a mighty nation. And Yahweh will reignover them on Mount Zion thenceforth and for ever.	7 De las cojas haré un Resto, de las alejadas una nación fuerte. Entonces reinará Yahveh sobre ellos en el monte Sión, desde ahora y por siempre.
8 And to you, Tower of the Flock, Ophel of the daughter of Zion, to you your former sovereignty wil return,the royal power of the daughter of Jerusalem.	8 Y tú, Torre del Rebaño, Ofel de la hija de Sión, va a venir, va a entrar en ti el dominio de antaño, la realeza de la hija de Jerusalén.
9 Why are you crying out now? Have you no king? Has your counsel or perished, for pangs to grip youlike those of a woman in labour?	9 Y ahora, ¿por qué clamas? ¿es que no hay rey en ti? ¿Ha perecido tu consejero, que un espasmo te atenaza cual de mujer en parto?
10 Writhe in pain and cry aloud, daughter of Zion, like a woman in labour, for now you must leave the cityand camp in the open country; to Babylon you must go, and there you will be rescued; there Yahweh wil ransomyou from the clutches of your enemies.	10 ¿Retuércete y grita, hija de Sión, como mujer en parto, porque ahora vas a salir de la ciudad, y en el campo morarás. Llegarás hasta Babel, y allí serás liberada, y allí te rescatará Yahveh de la mano de tus enemigos.
11 Now many nations have mustered against you. They say, 'Let us desecrate her, let us gloat over Zion!'	11 Ahora se juntan contra ti numerosas naciones; y dicen: «¡Sea profanada, que en Sión se regodeen nuestros ojos!»
12 But they do not know Yahweh's thoughts, they do not understand his design: he has col ected themlike sheaves on the threshing-floor.	12 Pero ellos no conocen los proyectos de Yahveh, ni comprenden su designio: que los ha reunido como gavillas en la era.
13 Start your threshing, daughter of Zion, for I shal make your horn like iron, I shall make your hooves likebronze, so that you can crush many peoples. And you wil devote what they have stolen to Yahweh, their wealthto the Lord of the whole earth.	13 ¡Levántate y trilla, hija de Sión! Que yo haré tu cuerno de hierro, y haré de bronce tus pezuñas: triturarás a pueblos numerosos, y consagrarás su botín en anatema a Yahveh, y su riqueza al Señor de toda la tierra.
14 Now look to your fortifications, Fortress! They have laid siege to us; the ruler of Israel wil be struck onthe cheek with a rod.	14 ¡Y ahora, fortifícate, Fortaleza! ¡Se ha puesto asedio contra nosotros, con vara hieren en al mejilla al juez de Israel!
