1 On the day Moses finished erecting the Dwel ing, he anointed and consecrated it and all its furniture,as well as the altar and al its equipment. When he had anointed and consecrated it al ,	1 ויהי ביום כלות משה להקים את המשכן וימשח אתו ויקדש אתו ואת כל כליו ואת המזבח ואת כל כליו וימשחם ויקדש אתם
2 the leaders of Israel made an offering; they were the heads of their families, the tribal leaders who hadpresided over the census.	2 ויקריבו נשיאי ישראל ראשי בית אבתם הם נשיאי המטת הם העמדים על הפקדים
3 They brought their offering before Yahweh: six covered wagons and twelve oxen, one wagon for everytwo leaders and one ox each. They brought them in front of the Dwel ing.	3 ויביאו את קרבנם לפני יהוה שש עגלת צב ושני עשר בקר עגלה על שני הנשאים ושור לאחד ויקריבו אותם לפני המשכן
4 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	4 ויאמר יהוה אל משה לאמר
5 'Accept these from them, and let them be set apart for the service of the Tent of Meeting. You wil givethem to the Levites, to each as his duties require.'	5 קח מאתם והיו לעבד את עבדת אהל מועד ונתתה אותם אל הלוים איש כפי עבדתו
6 Moses took the wagons and oxen, and gave them to the Levites.	6 ויקח משה את העגלת ואת הבקר ויתן אותם אל הלוים
7 To the Gershonites he gave two wagons and four oxen for the duties they had to perform.	7 את שתי העגלת ואת ארבעת הבקר נתן לבני גרשון כפי עבדתם
8 To the Merarites he gave four wagons and eight oxen for the duties they had to perform under thedirection of Ithamar, son of Aaron the priest.	8 ואת ארבע העגלת ואת שמנת הבקר נתן לבני מררי כפי עבדתם ביד איתמר בן אהרן הכהן
9 But to the Kohathites he gave none at all, because the sacred charge entrusted to them had to becarried on their shoulders.	9 ולבני קהת לא נתן כי עבדת הקדש עלהם בכתף ישאו
10 The leaders then made an offering for the dedication of the altar, on the day it was anointed. Theybrought their offering before the altar,	10 ויקריבו הנשאים את חנכת המזבח ביום המשח אתו ויקריבו הנשיאם את קרבנם לפני המזבח
11 and Yahweh said to Moses, 'Each day one of the leaders must bring his offering for the dedication ofthe altar.'	11 ויאמר יהוה אל משה נשיא אחד ליום נשיא אחד ליום יקריבו את קרבנם לחנכת המזבח
12 On the first day an offering was brought by Nahshon son of Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah.	12 ויהי המקריב ביום הראשון את קרבנו נחשון בן עמינדב למטה יהודה
13 His offering consisted of: one silver bowl weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver sprinklingbowl weighing seventy shekels (sanctuary shekels), both of them ful of fine flour mixed with oil as a cerealoffering,	13 וקרבנו קערת כסף אחת שלשים ומאה משקלה מזרק אחד כסף שבעים שקל בשקל הקדש שניהם מלאים סלת בלולה בשמן למנחה
14 one golden bowl weighing ten shekels, ful of incense,	14 כף אחת עשרה זהב מלאה קטרת
15 one young bul , one ram and one male yearling lamb as a burnt offering,	15 פר אחד בן בקר איל אחד כבש אחד בן שנתו לעלה
16 one he-goat as a sacrifice for sin,	16 שעיר עזים אחד לחטאת

19 His offering consisted of: one silver bowl weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver sprinklingbowl weighing seventy shekels (sanctuary shekels), both of them ful of fine flour mixed with oil as a cerealoffering,	19 הקרב את קרבנו קערת כסף אחת שלשים ומאה משקלה מזרק אחד כסף שבעים שקל בשקל הקדש שניהם מלאים סלת בלולה בשמן למנחה
20 one golden bowl weighing ten shekels, ful of incense,	20 כף אחת עשרה זהב מלאה קטרת

37 His offering consisted of: one silver bowl weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, one silver sprinklingbowl weighing seventy shekels (sanctuary shekels), both of them ful of fine flour mixed with oil as a cereal offering,	37 קרבנו קערת כסף אחת שלשים ומאה משקלה מזרק אחד כסף שבעים שקל בשקל הקדש שניהם מלאים סלת בלולה בשמן למנחה

84 Such were the offerings made by the leaders of Israel for the dedication of the altar on the day it wasanointed: twelve silver bowls, twelve silver sprinkling bowls, and twelve golden bowls.	84 זאת חנכת המזבח ביום המשח אתו מאת נשיאי ישראל קערת כסף שתים עשרה מזרקי כסף שנים עשר כפות זהב שתים עשרה
85 Each silver bowl weighed a hundred and thirty shekels, and each sprinkling bowl seventy, the silver ofthese objects weighing in al two thousand four hundred sanctuary shekels.	85 שלשים ומאה הקערה האחת כסף ושבעים המזרק האחד כל כסף הכלים אלפים וארבע מאות בשקל הקדש
86 The twelve golden bowls ful of incense each weighed ten shekels (sanctuary shekels), the gold ofthese bowls weighing in al a hundred and twenty shekels.	86 כפות זהב שתים עשרה מלאת קטרת עשרה עשרה הכף בשקל הקדש כל זהב הכפות עשרים ומאה
87 The sum total of animals for the burnt offering: twelve bul s, twelve rams, twelve male yearling lambs,with their cereal offerings. For the sacrifice for sin, twelve he-goats.	87 כל הבקר לעלה שנים עשר פרים אילם שנים עשר כבשים בני שנה שנים עשר ומנחתם ושעירי עזים שנים עשר לחטאת
88 The sum total of animals for the communion sacrifice: twenty-four bulls, sixty rams, sixty he-goats andsixty male yearling lambs. Such were the offerings for the dedication of the altar, after it had been anointed.	88 וכל בקר זבח השלמים עשרים וארבעה פרים אילם ששים עתדים ששים כבשים בני שנה ששים זאת חנכת המזבח אחרי המשח אתו
89 When Moses went into the Tent of Meeting to speak with him, he heard the voice speaking to himfrom above the mercy-seat on the ark of the Testimony, from between the two great winged creatures. He thenspoke to him.	89 ובבא משה אל אהל מועד לדבר אתו וישמע את הקול מדבר אליו מעל הכפרת אשר על ארן העדת מבין שני הכרבים וידבר אליו
