1 [Of David Psalm] Yahweh declared to my Lord, 'Take your seat at my right hand, til I have madeyour enemies your footstool.'	1 De David. Psaume. Le Seigneur a dit à mon Seigneur: “Siège à ma droite, et vois comme je fais de tes ennemis ton marchepied.”
2 Yahweh will stretch out the sceptre of your power; from Zion you wil rule your foes al around you.	2 De Sion le Seigneur étend ton sceptre, ta puissance, domine au milieu de tes ennemis!
3 Royal dignity has been yours from the day of your birth, sacred honour from the womb, from thedawn of your youth.	3 “Toute noblesse est en toi depuis le jour de ta naissance au mont sacré; tu es né de moi, comme de l’aurore la rosée.”
4 Yahweh has sworn an oath he wil never retract, you are a priest for ever of the order of Melchizedek.	4 Le Seigneur a juré, il ne peut se reprendre: “Tu es prêtre à jamais, à la manière de Melkisédek!”
5 At your right hand, Lord, he shatters kings when his anger breaks out.	5 Le Seigneur est à ta droite pour briser les rois au jour de sa colère.
6 He judges nations, heaping up corpses, he breaks heads over the whole wide world.	6 Il juge les nations: on ne voit que cadavres et leurs têtes brisées sur la plaine immense.
7 He drinks from a stream as he goes, and therefore he holds his head high.	7 Il a bu au torrent, sur le chemin, c’est pourquoi il relèvera la tête.
