1 Happy those whose way is blameless, who walk by the teaching of the LORD.	1 Beati quelli la cui via è perfetta, quelli che camminano nella legge del Signore.
2 Happy those who observe God's decrees, who seek the LORD with all their heart.	2 Beati quelli che osservano i suoi voleri e lo cercano con tutto il cuore.
3 They do no wrong; they walk in God's ways.	3 Sicuramente non commettono iniquità, ma camminano nelle sue vie.
4 You have given them the command to keep your precepts with care.	4 Tu hai ordinato di custodir bene i tuoi comandi.
5 May my ways be firm in the observance of your laws!	5 Siano stabili le mie vie affinché custodisca i tuoi decreti.
6 Then I will not be ashamed to ponder all your commands.	6 Allora non dovrò arrossire, se avrò obbedito ai tuoi precetti.
7 I will praise you with sincere heart as I study your just edicts.	7 Ti renderò grazie con cuore retto, allorché avrò appreso le tue giuste sentenze.
8 I will keep your laws; do not leave me all alone.	8 Custodirò i tuoi decreti: non abbandonarmi giammai.
9 How can the young walk without fault? Only by keeping your words.	9 In che modo potrà un giovane tener puro il suo sentiero? Custodendo le tue parole.
10 With all my heart I seek you; do not let me stray from your commands.	10 Con tutto il cuore ti cerco: non farmi deviare dai tuoi precetti.
11 In my heart I treasure your promise, that I may not sin against you.	11 Conservo nel mio cuore le tue promesse, in modo che non pecchi contro di te.
12 Blessed are you, O LORD; teach me your laws.	12 Benedetto sii tu, Signore: insegnami i tuoi decreti.
13 With my lips I recite all the edicts you have spoken.	13 Enumero con le mie labbra tutti i giudizi della tua bocca.
14 I find joy in the way of your decrees more than in all riches.	14 Nella via dei tuoi voleri io pongo la mia gioia, al di sopra di ogni altro bene.
15 I will ponder your precepts and consider your paths.	15 Voglio riflettere sui tuoi comandi, considerare le tue vie.
16 In your laws I take delight; I will never forget your word.	16 La mia gioia è nei tuoi decreti, non dimenticherò le tue parole.
17 Be kind to your servant that I may live, that I may keep your word.	17 Sii benevolo con il tuo servo: vivrò e custodirò le tue parole.

21 With a curse you rebuke the proud who stray from your commands.	21 Tu hai minacciato gli orgogliosi: maledetti quelli che deviano dai tuoi precetti.
22 Free me from disgrace and contempt, for I observe your decrees.	22 Allontana da me vergogna e disprezzo, poiché ho osservato i tuoi voleri.
23 Though princes meet and talk against me, your servant studies your laws.	23 Siedono i potenti e sparlano di me; ma il tuo servo medita sui tuoi decreti.
24 Your decrees are my delight; they are my counselors.	24 I tuoi voleri sono la mia gioia, essi sono i miei consiglieri.
25 I lie prostrate in the dust; give me life in accord with your word.	25 Prostrata nella polvere è l'anima mia: ridammi vita secondo le tue parole.

34 Give me insight to observe your teaching, to keep it with all my heart.	34 Dammi intelligenza per osservare la tua legge e custodirla con tutto il cuore.
35 Lead me in the path of your commands, for that is my delight.	35 Dirigimi sul sentiero dei tuoi precetti; sì, sta in esso il mio diletto.
36 Direct my heart toward your decrees and away from unjust gain.	36 Piega il mio cuore verso i tuoi voleri e non verso la sete di guadagno.

40 See how I long for your precepts; in your justice give me life.	40 Ecco, io anelo verso i tuoi comandi: fammi vivere nella tua giustizia.
41 Let your love come to me, LORD, salvation in accord with your promise.	41 A me giunga, Signore, la tua misericordia, la tua salvezza, secondo la tua promessa.

74 Those who fear you rejoice to see me, because I hope in your word.	74 Mi vedranno quelli che ti temono e ne avranno gioia; sì, spero nella tua parola.
75 I know, LORD, that your edicts are just; though you afflict me, you are faithful.	75 So che sono giusti i tuoi giudizi, Signore, e con ragione mi hai umiliato.
76 May your love comfort me in accord with your promise to your servant.	76 Venga a consolarmi la tua misericordia, secondo la promessa fatta al tuo servo.
77 Show me compassion that I may live, for your teaching is my delight.	77 Giunga a me la tua pietà affinché io viva: sì, il mio diletto è la tua legge.
78 Shame the proud for oppressing me unjustly, that I may study your precepts.	78 Abbiano vergogna i superbi per avermi oppresso ingiustamente: io mediterò sui tuoi comandi.
79 Let those who fear you turn to me, those who acknowledge your decrees.	79 Si volgano a me quelli che ti temono, quelli che conoscono i tuoi voleri.
80 May I be wholehearted toward your laws, that I may not be put to shame.	80 Sia integro il mio cuore nei tuoi decreti, sì che non abbia ad arrossire.
81 My soul longs for your salvation; I put my hope in your word.	81 Si strugge l'anima mia verso la tua salvezza; io spero nella tua parola.

92 Had your teaching not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.	92 Se la tua legge non fosse stata la mia gioia, da tempo sarei perito nella mia afflizione.
93 I will never forget your precepts; through them you give me life.	93 Non mi dimenticherò mai i tuoi comandi, poiché con essi mi hai ridato la vita.
