2 May God have mercy on us, and bless us: may he cause the light of his countenance to shine upon us, and may he have mercy on us.	2 Dio ci sia benigno e ci benedica; faccia brillare il suo volto verso di noi.
3 That we may know thy way upon earth: thy salvation in all nations.	3 Perché si conosca sulla terra la sua via, in tutte le genti la sua salvezza.
4 Let people confess to thee, O God: let all people give praise to thee.	4 Ti lodino i popoli, o Dio, ti lodino tutti i popoli.
5 Let the nations be glad and rejoice: for thou judgest the people with justice, and directest the nations upon earth.	5 Si allietino e giubilino i popoli, perché giudichi i popoli in giustizia. Giudichi le genti in equità e i popoli sulla terra tu guidi.
6 Let the people, O God, confess to thee: let all the people give praise to thee:	6 Ti lodinò i popoli, o Dio, ti lodino tutti i popoli.
7 the earth hath yielded her fruit. May God, our God bless us,	7 La terra ha dato il suo frutto; ci benedica, Dio, il nostro Dio.
8 may God bless us: and all the ends of the earth fear him.	8 Ci benedica Dio e lo temano tutti i confini della terra.
