1 Unto the end, in, hymns, a psalm of a canticle for David.	1 Ao mestre de canto. Com instrumentos de corda. Salmo. Cântico. Tenha Deus piedade de nós e nos abençoe, faça resplandecer sobre nós a luz da sua face,
2 May God have mercy on us, and bless us: may he cause the light of his countenance to shine upon us, and may he have mercy on us.	2 para que se conheçam na terra os seus caminhos e em todas as nações a sua salvação.
3 That we may know thy way upon earth: thy salvation in all nations.	3 Que os povos vos louvem, ó Deus, que todos os povos vos glorifiquem.
4 Let people confess to thee, O God: let all people give praise to thee.	4 Alegrem-se e exultem as nações, porquanto com eqüidade regeis os povos e dirigis as nações sobre a terra.
5 Let the nations be glad and rejoice: for thou judgest the people with justice, and directest the nations upon earth.	5 Que os povos vos louvem, ó Deus, que todos os povos vos glorifiquem.
6 Let the people, O God, confess to thee: let all the people give praise to thee:	6 A terra deu o seu fruto, abençoou-nos o Senhor, nosso Deus.
7 the earth hath yielded her fruit. May God, our God bless us,	7 Sim, que Deus nos abençoe, e que o reverenciem até os confins da terra.
8 may God bless us: and all the ends of the earth fear him.
