1 Alleluia. Lodate il Signore dai cieli, lodatelo nell'alto dei cieli.	1 Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens, praise him in the heights!
2 Lodatelo, voi tutti, suoi angeli, lodatelo, voi tutte, sue schiere.	2 Praise him, all his angels, praise him, all his host!
3 Lodatelo, sole e luna, lodatelo, voi tutte, fulgide stelle.	3 Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars!
4 Lodatelo, cieli dei cieli, voi acque al di sopra dei cieli.	4 Praise him, you highest heavens, and you waters above the heavens!
5 Lodino tutti il nome del Signore, perché egli disse e furono creati.	5 Let them praise the name of the LORD! For he commanded and they were created.
6 Li ha stabiliti per sempre, ha posto una legge che non passa.	6 And he established them for ever and ever; he fixed their bounds which cannot be passed.
7 Lodate il Signore dalla terra, mostri marini e voi tutti abissi,	7 Praise the LORD from the earth, you sea monsters and all deeps,
8 fuoco e grandine, neve e nebbia, vento di bufera che obbedisce alla sua parola,	8 fire and hail, snow and frost, stormy wind fulfilling his command!
9 monti e voi tutte, colline, alberi da frutto e tutti voi, cedri,	9 Mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars!
10 voi fiere e tutte le bestie, rettili e uccelli alati.	10 Beasts and all cattle, creeping things and flying birds!
11 I re della terra e i popoli tutti, i governanti e i giudici della terra,	11 Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers of the earth!
12 i giovani e le fanciulle, i vecchi insieme ai bambini	12 Young men and maidens together, old men and children!
13 lodino il nome del Signore: perché solo il suo nome è sublime, la sua gloria risplende sulla terra e nei cieli.	13 Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his glory is above earth and heaven.
14 Egli ha sollevato la potenza del suo popolo. È canto di lode per tutti i suoi fedeli, per i figli di Israele, popolo che egli ama. Alleluia.	14 He has raised up a horn for his people, praise for all his saints, for the people of Israel who are near to him. Praise the LORD!
