Біблія	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Наділ, що випав за жеребком колінові синів Юди за родами їхніми, йшов до границі Едому, на півдні до Сін-пустині, на самому краї від півдня.	1 The portion falling to the tribe of the sons of Judah, by clans, was near the frontier of Edom, from thedesert of Zin southwards to Kadesh in the south.
2 Південна їхня границя йшла від кінця Солоного моря, від затоки, зверненої на південь,	2 Their southern frontier began at the tip of the Salt Sea, at the southerly bay;
3 і сягала на південь від Акрабім-звищення, проходила через Сін і тяглась угору на південь від Кадеш-Барне, далі проходила через Хецрон, підіймалась на Адар, повертала на Каркаа,	3 it proceeded south of the Ascent of Scorpions, crossed Zin and came up to Kadesh-Barnea from thesouth; past Hezron, it went on to Addar and turned towards Karka;
4 звідтіль тягнулась на Ацмон, виходила до Єгипетського потоку й кінчилася при морі. Така була південна їхня границя.	4 the frontier then went on to Azmon, came out at the Torrent of Egypt and reached as far as the sea.This is to be your southern frontier.
5 Східньою границею було Солоне море аж до йорданського гирла. Границя з північного боку йшла від морської затоки при йордановім гирлі,	5 The eastern frontier was the Salt Sea as far as the mouth of the Jordan.
6 здіймалась угору на Бет-Хоглу, проходила на північ від Бет-Арави, йшла до гори по скелі Богана, Рувимового сина;	6 The northern boundary began at the bay at the mouth of the Jordan. The boundary went up to Beth-Hoglah, passed north of Beth-ha-Arabah and went on to the Stone of Bohan son of Reuben.
7 далі здіймалася до Девіру від Ахор-долини, завертала на північ до Гілгалу, що навпроти Адуммім-звищення, що на півдні від потоку; тоді тягнулась на Ен-Шемеш-води й виходила до Ен-Рогелу.	7 The boundary then went on to Debir from the Vale of Achor and turned north towards the stone circleopposite the Ascent of Adummim, which is south of the Torrent; the boundary went on to the Waters of En-Shemesh and came out at En-Rogel.
8 Звідси границя йшла вгору долиною Бен-Гінном, південним схилом Євусу, тобто через Єрусалим, далі здіймалась на верх тори, що над Гінном-долиною, на захід, на північному кінці Рефаїм-долини.	8 It then went back up the Val ey of Hinnom, coming from the south to the flank of the Jebusite -- that is,Jerusalem -- and climbed to the crest of the mountain barring the Valley of Hinnom to the west, at the northernend of the Val ey of the Rephaim.
9 Від верха ж гори границя повертала до джерела вод Нефтоаху, виходила до міста Ефрон-гори й звертала на Ваалу, тобто Кіріят-Єарім.	9 From the mountain top, the boundary curved round to the spring of the Waters of Nephtoah, went on tothe towns of Mount Ephron and then turned towards Baalah -- that is, Kiriath-Jearim.
10 Від Ваали звертала на захід до Сеїр-гори, тягнулась далі на північнім схилі Єарім-гори, тобто Кесалону, і спустившись до Бет-Шемешу, проходила через Тімну.	10 From Baalah, the boundary curved westwards to the highlands of Seir, skirted the northern slope ofMount Jearim -- that is, Chesalon -- went down to Beth-Shemesh and through Timnah,
11 Далі сягала Екрон-схилу на півночі, повертала до Шікрону, проходила через Ваала-гору, йшла до Явнеелу і кінчалася край моря.	11 came out on the northern flank of Ekron, turned towards Shikkeron and, passing through thehighlands of Baalah, came out at Jabneel, and reached as far as the sea.
12 Границею на заході було Велике море й приморська смуга. Такі були навкруги границі синів Юди, що оточували їхні роди.	12 The western boundary was the Great Sea itself. Such was the frontier surrounding the sons of Judah,by clans.
13 Калевові ж, синові Єфунне, за Господнім велінням до Ісуса, дана була частина між синами Юди: місто Арба, батька Анака, тобто Хеврон.	13 Caleb son of Jephunneh was given a share within that of the sons of Judah, in accordance withYahweh's order to Joshua: Kiriath-Arba, the town of the father of Anak -- that is, Hebron.
14 Калев вигнав звідтіль трьох синів Анака: Шешая, Ахімана й Талмая, дітей Анака.	14 Caleb drove out the three sons of Anak: Sheshai, Ahiman and Talmai, descended from Anak.
15 Звідси він пішов на мешканців Девіру, що перше звався Кіріят-Сефер.	15 From there he marched on the inhabitants of Debir; Debir in olden days was cal ed Kiriath-Sepher.
16 І здобув його Отнієл, син Кеназа, брата Калева, і цей дав йому свою дочку Ахсу за жінку.	16 Caleb then said, 'To the man who attacks and takes Kiriath-Sepher, I shal give my daughter Achsahas wife.'
17 І здобув його Отнієл, син Кеназа, брата Калева, і цей дав йому свою дочку Ахсу за жінку.	17 The man who captured it was Othniel son of Kenaz, brother of Caleb, who gave him his daughterAchsah as wife.
18 І як вона прибула, підмовив її просити в батька поле, і як вона злізла з осла, Калев сказав їй: «Що з тобою?»	18 When she arrived, he urged her to ask her father for arable land, but when she alighted from thedonkey and Caleb asked her, 'What is the matter?'
19 А вона: «Дай мені, каже, дарунок; бо ти дав мені сухий степ, дай же мені джерела вод.» І дав він їй горішні і долішні джерела.	19 she said to him, 'Grant me a blessing! As the land you have given me is the Negeb, give me springsof water too!' So Caleb gave her what she wanted, the upper springs and the lower springs.
20 Ось наділ коліна синів Юди, за їхніми родами:	20 Such was the heritage of the tribe of the sons of Judah, by clans.
21 на самому краю коліна синів Юди, в напрямку до едомської границі, на півдні, були міста: Кавцел, Едер, Ягур,	21 Towns at the extremity of the tribe of the sons of Judah, near the frontier of Edom in the Negeb:Kabzeel, Arad, Jagur,
22 Кіна, Дімона, Адада,	22 Kinah, Dimon, Aroer,
23 Кадеш, Хацор, Ітнан,	23 Kedesh, Hazor-Ithnan,
24 Зіф, Телем, Беалот,	24 Ziph, Telem, Bealoth,
25 Хацор Хадатта, Керійот Хецрон, тобто Хацор,	25 Hazor-Hadattah, Kiriath-Hezron -- that is, Hazor-
26 Амам, Шема, Молада,	26 Amam, Shema, Moladah,
27 Хацар-Гадда, Хешмон. Бет-Пелет,	27 Hazar-Gaddah, Heshmon, Beth-Pelet,
28 Хацар-Шуал, Бер-Шева, Бізйотія,	28 Hazar-Shual, Beersheba and its dependencies,
29 Ваала, Ійїм, Ецем,	29 Baalah, Iim, Ezem,
30 Елтолад, Кесіл, Хорма,	30 Eltolad, Chesil, Hormah,
31 Ціклаг, Мадманна, Сансанна,	31 Ziklag, Madmannah, Sansannah,
32 Леваот, Шілхім і Ен-Ріммон; усього двадцять дев’ять міст із їхніми селищами.	32 Lebaoth, Shilhim, Ain and Rimmon: in al , twenty-nine towns with their vil ages.
33 На поділлі: Ештаол, Цора, Ашна,	33 In the lowlands: Eshtaol, Zorah, Ashnah,
34 Заноах, Ен-Ганнім, Таппуах, Енаїм,	34 Zanoah, En-Gannim, Tappuah, Enam,
35 Ярмут, Адуллам, Сохо, Азека,	35 Jarmuth, Adul am, Socoh, Azekah,
36 Шаараїм, Адітаїм, Гедера, Гедеротаїм: чотирнадцять міст з їхніми селами.	36 Shaaraim, Aditaim, Ha-Gederah and Gederothaim: fourteen towns with their vil ages.
37 Ценан, Хадаша, Мігдал-Гад,	37 Zenan, Hadashah, Migdal-Gad,
38 Ділеан, Міцпа, Йоктел,	38 Dilean, Ha-Mizpeh, Jokteel,
39 Лахіш, Боцкат, Еглон,	39 Lachish, Bozkath, Eglon,
40 Каббон Лахмас, Кітліш,	40 Cabbon, Lahmas, Chitlish,
41 Гедерот, Бет-Дагон, Наама, Македа: шістнадцять міст з їхніми селищами.	41 Gederoth, Beth-Dagon, Naamah and Makkedah: sixteen towns with their vil ages.
42 Лівна, Етер, Ашан,	42 Libna, Ether, Asham,
43 Іфтах, Ашна, Неців,	43 Iphtah, Ashnah, Nezib,
44 Кеїла, Ахзів і Мареша: дев’ять міст із їхніми селами.	44 Keilah, Achzib and Mareshah: nine towns with their vil ages.
45 Екрон, із своїми містами й селами;	45 Ekron with its dependencies and its vil ages.
46 і від Екрону до моря все, що коло Ашдоду, з належними селами,	46 From Ekron to the sea, everything to the side of Ashdod, with its vil ages.
47 Ашдод із своїми містами й селами, Газа із своїми містами й селами, до Єгипетського потоку й Велике море з приморською смугою.	47 Ashdod with its dependencies and its vil ages; Gaza with its dependencies and its vil ages as far asthe Torrent of Egypt, the Great Sea forming the boundary.
48 По горах же Шамір, Яттір, Сохо,	48 In the highlands: Shamir, Jattir, Socoh,
49 Данна, Кіріят-Санна, тобто Девір,	49 Dannah, Kiriath-Sepher, now Debir,
50 Анав, Ештемоа, Анім,	50 Anab, Eshtemoh, Anim,
51 Гошен, Холон і Гіло: одинадцять міст із їхніми селами.	51 Goshen, Holon and Giloh: eleven towns with their vil ages.
52 Арав, Дума, Ешан,	52 Arab, Dumah, Eshan,
53 Янум, Бет-Таппуах, Афека,	53 Janum, Beth-Tappuah, Aphekah,
54 Хумта, Кіріят-Арба, тобто Хеврон, і Ціор: дев’ять міст із їхніми селами.	54 Humtah, Kiriath-Arba, now Hebron, and Zior: nine towns with their vil ages.
55 Маон, Кармель, Зіф, Ютта,	55 Maon, Carmel, Ziph, Juttah,
56 Єзреел, . Йокдам, Заноах,	56 Jezreel, Jokdeam, Zanoah,
57 Каїн, Гівеа, Тімна: десять міст із їхніми селами.	57 Ha-Kain, Gibeah and Timnah: ten towns with their vil ages.
58 Халхул, Бет-Цур, Гедор,	58 Halhul, Beth-Zur, Gedor,
59 Маарат, Бет-Анот, Елтекон: шість міст із їхніми селами.	59 Maarath, Beth-Anoth and Eltekon: six towns with their vil ages. Tekoa, Ephrathah, now Bethlehem,Peor, Etam, Kulon, Tatam, Sores, Carem, Gallim, Bether and Manach: eleven towns with their vil ages.
60 Кіріят-Ваал, тобто Кіріят-Єарім, Рабба: два міста з їхніми селами.	60 Kiriath-Baal, that is Kiriath-Jearim, and Rabbah: two towns with their vil ages.
61 У пустині: Бет-Арава, Міддін, Сехаха,	61 In the desert: Beth-Arabah, Middin, Secacah,
62 Нівшан, Солоне-місто та Ен-Гадді: шість міст із їхніми селами.	62 Nibshan, Salt Town and En-Gedi: six towns with their vil ages.
63 Однак же євусіїв, мешканців єрусалимських, не здолали повиганяти сини Юди, і живуть вони з синами Юди в Єрусалимі по цей день.	63 The Jebusites, however, who lived in Jerusalem, the sons of Judah were unable to dispossess, andthe Jebusites stil live in Jerusalem today, side by side with the sons of Judah.
