1 For the leader. A song; a psalm.	1 Del maestro de coro. Cántico. Salmo. Aclamad a Dios, la tierra toda,
2 Shout joyfully to God, all you on earth; sing of his glorious name; give him glorious praise.	2 salmodiad a la gloria de su nombre, rendidle el honor de su alabanza,
3 Say to God: "How awesome your deeds! Before your great strength your enemies cringe.	3 decid a Dios: ¡Qué terribles tus obras! Por la grandeza de tu fuerza, tus enemigos vienen a adularte;
4 All on earth fall in worship before you; they sing of you, sing of your name!" Selah	4 toda la tierra se postra ante ti, y salmodia para ti, a tu nombre salmodia. Pausa.
5 Come and see the works of God, awesome in the deeds done for us.	5 Venid y ved las obras de Dios, temible en sus gestas por los hijos de Adán:
6 He changed the sea to dry land; through the river they passed on foot. Therefore let us rejoice in him,	6 él convirtió el mar en tierra firme, el río fue cruzado a pie. Allí, nuestra alegría en él,
7 who rules by might forever, Whose eyes are fixed upon the nations. Let no rebel rise to challenge! Selah	7 que por su poder domina para siempre. Sus ojos vigilan las naciones, no se alcen los rebeldes contra él. Pausa.
8 Bless our God, you peoples; loudly sound his praise,	8 Pueblos, bendecid a nuestro Dios, haced que se oiga la voz de su alabanza,
9 Who has kept us alive and not allowed our feet to slip.	9 él, que devuelve nuestra alma a la vida, y no deja que vacilen nuestros pies.
10 You tested us, O God, tried us as silver tried by fire.	10 Tú nos probaste, oh Dios, nos purgaste, cual se purga la plata;
11 You led us into a snare; you bound us at the waist as captives.	11 nos prendiste en la red, pusiste una correa a nuestros lomos,
12 You let captors set foot on our neck; we went through fire and water; then you led us out to freedom.	12 dejaste que un cualquiera a nuestra cabeza cabalgara, por el fuego y el agua atravesamos; mas luego nos sacaste para cobrar aliento.
13 I will bring holocausts to your house; to you I will fulfill my vows,	13 Con holocaustos entraré en tu Casa, te cumpliré mis votos,
14 The vows my lips pronounced and my mouth spoke in distress.	14 los que abrieron mis labios, los que en la angustia pronunció mi boca.
15 Holocausts of fatlings I will offer you and burnt offerings of rams; I will sacrifice oxen and goats. Selah	15 Te ofreceré pingües holocaustos, con el sahumerio de carneros, sacrificaré bueyes y cabritos. Pausa.
16 Come and hear, all you who fear God, while I recount what has been done for me.	16 Venid a oír y os contaré, vosotros todos los que teméis a Dios, lo que él ha hecho por mí.
17 I called to the Lord with my mouth; praise was upon my tongue.	17 A él gritó mi boca, la alabanza ya en mi lengua.
18 Had I cherished evil in my heart, the Lord would not have heard.	18 Si yo en mi corazón hubiera visto iniquidad, el Señor no me habría escuchado.
19 But God did hear and listened to my voice in prayer.	19 Pero Dios me ha escuchado, atento a la voz de mi oración.
20 Blessed be God, who did not refuse me the kindness I sought in prayer.	20 ¡Bendito sea Dios, que no ha rechazado mi oración ni su amor me ha retirado!
