1 Lauda, ovver cantico dello stesso Davidde pel giorno, che precede il sabato, quando la terra fu fondata. Il Signore ha preso possesso del Regno, si è ammantato di splendore, si è ammantato di fortezza, e ne ha cinti i suoi fianchi.	1 The Praise of a Canticle, of David himself. 2 Perocché egli diede fermo stato alla terra, la quale non sarà smossa.	2 The Lord has reigned. He has been clothed with beauty.
3 Fin d'allora fu preparato, o Dio, il tuo trono: tu se' ab eterno.	3 The Lord has been clothed with strength, and he has girded himself. Yet he has also confirmed the world, which will not be moved.
4 I fiumi hanno alzata, o Signore, hanno alzata i fiumi la loro voce.	4 My throne is prepared from of old. You are from everlasting.
5 I fiumi hanno alzati i loro flutti sopra lo strepito delle molte acque.	5 Your testimonies have been made exceedingly trustworthy. Sanctity befits your house, O Lord, with length of days.
6 Mirabil cosa le elevazioni del mare: più mirabile il Signore nell'alto.
7 Le tue parole sono oltre modo degne di fede: alla casa tua si conviene, o Signore, la santità per la lunghezza de' secoli.
