3 The eyes of seers wil no longer be closed, the ears of hearers wil be alert,	3 Wówczas nie będą przyćmione oczy patrzących, uszy słuchających staną się uważne.

9 Stand up, you haughty women, listen to my words; you over-confident daughters, pay attention to whatI say.	9 Kobiety beztroskie, wstańcie, słuchajcie mego głosu! Dziewczęta zbyt pewne siebie, dajcie posłuch mej mowie!
10 Within one year and a few days you wil tremble, you over-confident women; grape-harvesting will befinished, gathering will never happen again.	10 Za rok i kilka dni zadrżycie, pewne siebie, bo winobranie się skończyło, zbiorów już nie będzie.
11 Shudder, you haughty women, tremble, you over-confident women; strip, undress, put sackclothround your waists.	11 Lękajcie się, beztroskie! Zadrżyjcie, pewne siebie! Rozbierzcie się i obnażcie, przepaszcie worem biodra!
12 Beat your breasts for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine,	12 Bijcie się w piersi nad losem pól rozkosznych, nad owocodajną winnicą;
13 for my people's soil where the bramble-bush wil be growing and for al the happy houses, for therejoicing city.	13 nad ziemią mojego ludu, gdzie wschodzą ciernie i głogi, nad wszystkimi domami radości, nad wesołym miastem.
14 For the citadel wil be abandoned and the thronged city deserted, Ophel and the Keep wil be denudedfor ever, the playground of wild donkeys and the pasture of flocks,	14 Bo pałac jest opustoszały, hałaśliwe miasto wyludnione; Ofel i Strażnica stały się jaskiniami na zawsze: uciechą dzikich osłów, pastwiskiem stad.
