| 1 E il Signore parlò a Mosè, e disse: | 1 The LORD said to Moses, |
| 2 Prendi Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli colle loro vestimenta, e l'olio d'unzione, il vitello per il peccato, i due arieti, e un canestro cogli azzimi. | 2 "Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bull of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread; |
| 3 E ragunerai tutta la moltitudine all’ingresso del tabernacolo. | 3 and assemble all the congregation at the door of the tent of meeting." |
| 4 E Mosè fece come avea comandato il Signore, e raunata tutta la turba dinanzi alla porta del tabernacolo, | 4 And Moses did as the LORD commanded him; and the congregation was assembled at the door of the tent of meeting. |
| 5 Disse: Questo è quello che il Signore ha ordinato che si faccia. | 5 And Moses said to the congregation, "This is the thing which the LORD has commanded to be done." |
| 6 E immediatamente presentò Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli. E avendogli lavati, | 6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water. |
| 7 Rivestì il pontefice della tonaca di lino, e gli pose ai fianchi il cingolo, e gli mise la veste di jacinto, e sopra di questa l’Ephod, | 7 And he put on him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and girded him with the skilfully woven band of the ephod, binding it to him therewith. |
| 8 E serrandolo col cingolo, lo attaccò al Razionale, sopra del quale era (scritto) Dottrina, e Verità. | 8 And he placed the breastpiece on him, and in the breastpiece he put the Urim and the Thummim. |
| 9 Gli coperse eziandio la testa colla tiara, e sopra di essa alla fronte pose la lamina d'oro consacrata, e santificata, come gli avea ordinato il Signore. | 9 And he set the turban upon his head, and on the turban, in front, he set the golden plate, the holy crown, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 10 Prese anche l’olio d’unzione col quale unse il tabernacolo, e tutte le suppellettili. | 10 Then Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and consecrated them. |
| 11 E avendo fatta sette volte l'aspersione all’altare santificandolo, unse questo, e tutti i suoi vasi, e santificò coll’olio la vasca insieme colla sua base. | 11 And he sprinkled some of it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its utensils, and the laver and its base, to consecrate them. |
| 12 E versando l'olio sulla testa d’Aronne, lo unse, e lo consacrò. | 12 And he poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron's head, and anointed him, to consecrate him. |
| 13 E i figliuoli di lui, che eran presenti, rivestì di tonache di lino, e pose il cingolo ai loro fianchi, e mise loro in testa le mitre, conforme avea ordinato il Signore. | 13 And Moses brought Aaron's sons, and clothed them with coats, and girded them with girdles, and bound caps on them, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 14 Offerse di poi un vitello per il peccato, e avendo Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli poste sopra il capo di esso le loro mani, | 14 Then he brought the bull of the sin offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bull of the sin offering. |
| 15 Lo scannò, e ne attinse il sangue, e intintovi il dito, toccò i corni dell'altare all’intorno: e avendolo espiato e santificato, sparse appiè di esso il resto del sangue. | 15 And Moses killed it, and took the blood, and with his finger put it on the horns of the altar round about, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and consecrated it, to make atonement for it. |
| 16 Il grasso poi, che era sopra le viscere, e la rete del fegato, e i due reni col loro grasso, fece il tutto bruciare sopra l'altare: | 16 And he took all the fat that was on the entrails, and the appendage of the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and Moses burned them on the altar. |
| 17 Bruciando il vitello colla pelle, e le carni, e gli escrementi fuori dell'accampamento, come avea ordinato il Signore. | 17 But the bull, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he burned with fire outside the camp, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 18 Offerse anche un ariete in olocausto: e avendo Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli poste le loro mani sopra il capo di esso, | 18 Then he presented the ram of the burnt offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. |
| 19 Lo immolò, e ne sparse il sangue intorno all’altare. | 19 And Moses killed it, and threw the blood upon the altar round about. |
| 20 E tagliato in pezzi l'ariete, ne bruciò sul fuoco il capo, le membra, e il grasso, | 20 And when the ram was cut into pieces, Moses burned the head and the pieces and the fat. |
| 21 Avendone lavati prima gl’intestini, e i piedi; così tutto insieme l’ariete lo bruciò sopra l’altare, perché era un olocausto in odor soavissimo al Signore, come questi gli avea comandato. | 21 And when the entrails and the legs were washed with water, Moses burned the whole ram on the altar, as a burnt offering, a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 22 Offerse ancora un secondo ariete per la consacrazione de' sacerdoti: e Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli posero sopra di esso le loro mani: | 22 Then he presented the other ram, the ram of ordination; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. |
| 23 E Mosè avendolo immolato prese del sangue di esso, e toccò l'estremità dell'orecchia destra d'Aronne, e il pollice della destra di lui, e similmente del piede. | 23 And Moses killed it, and took some of its blood and put it on the tip of Aaron's right ear and on the thumb of his right hand and on the great toe of his right foot. |
| 24 Prese anche i figliuoli di Aronne: e avendo col sangue dell’ariete immolato toccata l’estremità dell’orecchio destro di ciascheduno, e i pollici della mano, e del piede destro; il resto (del sangue) sparse sopra l’altare all’intorno: | 24 And Aaron's sons were brought, and Moses put some of the blood on the tips of their right ears and on the thumbs of their right hands and on the great toes of their right feet; and Moses threw the blood upon the altar round about. |
| 25 E separò il grasso, e la coda, e tutta la pinguedine, che copre gli intestini, e la rete del fegato, e i due reni col loro grasso, e la spalla destra, | 25 Then he took the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that was on the entrails, and the appendage of the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and the right thigh; |
| 26 E avendo preso dal paniere degli azzimi, che stava dinanzi al Signore, un pane non lievitato, e una stiacciata aspersa d'olio, e una torta, la pose sopra il grasso, e la spalla destra, | 26 and out of the basket of unleavened bread which was before the LORD he took one unleavened cake, and one cake of bread with oil, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat and on the right thigh; |
| 27 E diede tutte queste cose insieme ad Aronne, e a’ suoi figliuoli: e dopo che questi l’ebbero elevate dinanzi al Signore, | 27 and he put all these in the hands of Aaron and in the hands of his sons, and waved them as a wave offering before the LORD. |
| 28 Mosè le ripigliò dalle mani loro, e le fece bruciare sopra l'altare dell'olocausto, perché era obblazione di consacrazione, e sacrifizio di soave odore al Signore, | 28 Then Moses took them from their hands, and burned them on the altar with the burnt offering, as an ordination offering, a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the LORD. |
| 29 E dopo aver elevato dinanzi al Signore il petto dell'ariete della consacrazione, Io prese per sua porzione, secondo l'ordine datogli dal Signore. | 29 And Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before the LORD; it was Moses' portion of the ram of ordination, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 30 E preso l'unguento, e il sangue, che era sopra l'altare, ne asperse Aronne, e le sue vestimenta, e i figliuoli di lui, e le loro vestimenta. | 30 Then Moses took some of the anointing oil and of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it upon Aaron and his garments, and also upon his sons and his sons' garments; so he consecrated Aaron and his garments, and his sons and his sons' garments with him. |
| 31 E dopo di averli santificati, vestiti come erano, comandò loro, dicendo: Cuocete le carni davanti alla porta del tabernacolo, e ivi mangiatele: e mangiate anche i pani della consacrazione, che sono nel paniere, conforme mi ordinò il Signore, dicendo: Li mangeranno Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli: | 31 And Moses said to Aaron and his sons, "Boil the flesh at the door of the tent of meeting, and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of ordination offerings, as I commanded, saying, 'Aaron and his sons shall eat it'; |
| 32 Quello poi che avanzerà di carne, e di pane, sarà consumato col fuoco. | 32 and what remains of the flesh and the bread you shall burn with fire. |
| 33 Voi di più non uscirete dalla porta del tabernacolo per sette giorni, sino al dì, in cui si compie il tempo della vostra consacrazione; perocché in sette giorni si compie la consacrazione: | 33 And you shall not go out from the door of the tent of meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed, for it will take seven days to ordain you. |
| 34 Nella guisa che si è fatto adesso, affinché perfetto sia il rito del sacrifizio. | 34 As has been done today, the LORD has commanded to be done to make atonement for you. |
| 35 Dì, e notte starete nel tabernacolo vegliando al servizio del Signore, affinché non muoiate; dappoiché così mi è stato comandato. | 35 At the door of the tent of meeting you shall remain day and night for seven days, performing what the LORD has charged, lest you die; for so I am commanded." |
| 36 Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli fecero tutte le cose comandate dal Signore per mezzo di Mosè. | 36 And Aaron and his sons did all the things which the LORD commanded by Moses. |
