| 16 car c'est en lui qu'ont été créées toutes choses dans les cieux et sur la terre, les visibles et lesinvisibles, Trônes, Seigneuries, Principautés, Puissances; tout a été créé par lui et pour lui. | 16 for in him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or authorities--all things were created through him and for him. |

| 23 Il faut seulement que vous persévériez dans la foi, affermis sur des bases solides, sans vouslaisser détourner de l'espérance promise par l'Evangile que vous avez entendu, qui a été prêché à toute créaturesous le ciel, et dont moi, Paul, je suis devenu le ministre. | 23 provided that you continue in the faith, stable and steadfast, not shifting from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which has been preached to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, became a minister. |

| 27 Dieu a bien voulu leur faire connaître de quelle gloire est riche ce mystère chez les païens: c'estle Christ parmi vous! l'espérance de la gloire! | 27 To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. |
| 28 Ce Christ, nous l'annonçons, avertissant tout homme et instruisant tout homme en toute sagesse,afin de rendre tout homme parfait dans le Christ. | 28 Him we proclaim, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man mature in Christ. |
