1 Canción de las subidas. |Levanto mis ojos a los montes: | ¿de dónde me vendrá el auxilio?	1 A Song of Ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From whence does my help come?
2 El auxilio me viene del Señor, | que hizo el cielo y la tierra.	2 My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
3 No permitirá que resbale tu pie, | tu guardián no duerme;	3 He will not let your foot be moved, he who keeps you will not slumber.
4 no duerme ni reposa | el guardián de Israel.	4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 El Señor te guarda a su sombra, | está a tu derecha;	5 The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand.
6 de día el sol no te hará daño, | ni la luna de noche.	6 The sun shall not smite you by day, nor the moon by night.
7 El Señor te guarda de todo mal, | él guarda tu alma;	7 The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life.
8 el Señor guarda tus entradas y salidas, | ahora y por siempre.	8 The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and for evermore.
