² Ten piedad de mí, Dios mío, ten piedad, porque mi alma se refugia en ti; yo me refugio a la sombra de tus alas hasta que pase la desgracia.	² I call to God the Most High, to God who has done everything for me;
³ Invocaré a Dios, el Altísimo, al Dios que lo hace todo por mí:	³ may he send from heaven and save me, and check those who harry me;Pause may God send hisfaithful love and his constancy.
⁴ él me enviará la salvación desde el cielo y humillará a los que me atacan. ¡Que Dios envíe su amor y su fidelidad!	⁴ I lie surrounded by lions, greedy for human prey, their teeth are spears and arrows, their tongue asharp sword.
⁵ Yo estoy tendido en medio de leones que devoran con avidez a los hombres; sus dientes son lanzas y flechas, su lengua, una espada afilada.	⁵ Be exalted above the heavens, God! Your glory over al the earth!
⁶ ¡Levántate, Dios, por encima del cielo, y que tu gloria cubra toda la tierra!	⁶ They laid a snare in my path -- I was bowed with care -- they dug a pit ahead of me, but fel in itthemselves.Pause
⁷ Ellos tendieron una red a mi paso, para que yo sucumbiera; cavaron una fosa ante mí, pero cayeron en ella.	⁷ My heart is ready, God, my heart is ready; I wil sing, and make music for you.
⁸ Mi corazón está firme. Dios mío, mi corazón está firme. Voy a cantar al son de instrumentos:	⁸ Awake, my glory, awake, lyre and harp, that I may awake the Dawn.
⁹ ¡despierta, alma mía! ¡Despierten, arpa y cítara, para que yo despierte a la aurora!	⁹ I will praise you among the peoples, Lord, I wil make music for you among nations,
¹⁰ Te alabaré en medio de los pueblos, Señor, te cantaré entre las naciones,	¹⁰ for your faithful love towers to heaven, your constancy to the clouds.
¹¹ porque tu misericordia se eleva hasta el cielo, y tu fidelidad hasta las nubes.	¹¹ Be exalted above the heavens, God! Your glory over al the earth!
