1 Por lo que se refiere al número de los hijos de Israel: Los cabezas de casas paternas, los jefes de millar y de cien y sus escribas atendían al servicio de todo el que acudiera. Las secciones intervenían en todo asunto del rey relevándose todos los meses del año. Cada sección tenía 24.000 hombres.	1 Now the children of Israel according to their number, the heads of families, captains of thousands and of hundreds, and officers, that served the king according to their companies, who came in and went out every month in the year, under every chief were four and twenty thousand.
2 Al frente de la primera sección, que era la del primer mes, estaba Yasobam, hijo de Zabdiel; en su sección había 24.000 hombres.	2 Over the first company the first month Jesboam, the son of Zabdiel was chief, and under him were four and twenty thousand.
