1 Estas son las clases de porteros: De los coreítas: Meselemías, hijo de Qoré, de los hijos de Ebyasaf.	1 Concerning the divisions of the porters: Of the Korhites was Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.
2 Meselemías tuvo hijos: el primgénito, Zacarías; el segundo, Yediael; el tercero, Zebadías; el cuarto, Yatniel;	2 And the sons of Meshelemiah were, Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 el quinto, Elam; el sexto, Yehojanán; el séptimo, Elyehoenay.	3 Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.
4 Hijos de Obededom: Semaías, el primogénito; Yehozabad, el segundo; Yoaj, el tercero; Sakar, el cuarto; Natanael, el quinto;	4 Moreover the sons of Obed-edom were, Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth,
5 Amiel, el sexto; Isacar el séptimo; Peulletay, el octavo; pues Dios le había bendecido.	5 Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peulthai the eighth: for God blessed him.
6 A su hijo Semaáis le nacieron hijos, que se impusieron en sus familias paternas, pues eran hombres valerosos.	6 Also unto Shemaiah his son were sons born, that ruled throughout the house of their father: for they were mighty men of valour.
7 Hijos de Semaáis: Otní, Rafael, Obed, Elzabad y sus hermanos, hombres valerosos, Elihú y Semakías.	7 The sons of Shemaiah; Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were strong men, Elihu, and Semachiah.
8 Todos estos eran hijos de Obededom; ellos y sus hijos y sus hermanos eran hombres de gran valor para el servicio. 62 de Obededom.	8 All these of the sons of Obed-edom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men for strength for the service, were threescore and two of Obed-edom.
9 Meselemías tuvo hijos y hermanos, dieciocho hombres valerosos.	9 And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, strong men, eighteen.
10 Josá, de los hijos de Merarí, tuvo como hijos a Simrí, el primero, pues aunque no fue el primogénito, su padre le puso al frente;	10 Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons; Simri the chief, (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him the chief;)
11 Jilquías, el segundo; Tebalías, el tercero; Zacarías, el cuarto. El total de los hijos y hermanos de Josá fue de trece.	11 Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth: all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.
12 Estas secciones de los porteros, los jefes, igual que sus hermanos, tenían el cuidado del ministerio de la Casa de Yahveh.	12 Among these were the divisions of the porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another, to minister in the house of the LORD.
13 Echaron suertes para cada puerta, sobre pequeños y grandes, con arreglo a sus casas paternas.	13 And they cast lots, as well the small as the great, according to the house of their fathers, for every gate.
14 Para la puerta oriental cayó la suerte sobre Selemías. Después echaron suertes: tocó la parte norte a su hijo Zacarías, que era un prudente consejero.	14 And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a wise counseller, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.
15 A Obededom le tocó el sur, y a sus hijos los almacenes.	15 To Obed-edom southward; and to his sons the house of Asuppim.
16 A Supplim y a Josá, el occidente, con la puerta del tronco abatido, en el camino de la subida, correspondiéndose un puesto de guardia con el otro.	16 To Shuppim and Hosah the lot came forth westward, with the gate Shallecheth, by the causeway of the going up, ward against ward.
17 Al oriente seis por día, al norte cuatro por día, al mediodía cuatro por día y en los almacenes de dos en dos;	17 Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.

20 Los levitas, sus hermanos, custodiaban los tesoros de la Casa de Dios, y los tesoros de las cosas sagradas.	20 And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.
21 Los hijos de Ladán, hijos de Guersón por la línea de Ladán, tenían a los yejielitas por jefes de familia de Ladán el guersonita.	21 As concerning the sons of Laadan; the sons of the Gershonite Laadan, chief fathers, even of Laadan the Gershonite, were Jehieli.
22 Los yejielitas, Zetam y su hermano Joel, estaban al frente de los tesoros de la Casa de Yahveh.	22 The sons of Jehieli; Zetham, and Joel his brother, which were over the treasures of the house of the LORD.
23 Cuanto a los amramíes, los yisharitas, los hebronitas y los ozzielitas:	23 Of the Amramites, and the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites:
24 Sebuel, hijo de Guersóm, hijo de Moisés, era tesorero mayor.	24 And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler of the treasures.
25 Sus hermanos por parte de Eliezer: Rejabías, hijo suyo; Isaías, hijo suyo; Joram, hijo suyo; Zikrí, hijo suyo; Selomit, hijo suyo.	25 And his brethren by Eliezer; Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.
26 Este Selomit y sus hermanos estaban al cuidado de los tesoros de las cosas sagradas que habían consagrado el rey David, los cabezas de las casas paternas, los jefes de millar y de cien y los jefes del éjercito.	26 Which Shelomith and his brethren were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the chief fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.
27 Lo habían consagrado del botín de guerra y de los despojos, para el sostenimiento de la Casa de Yahveh.	27 Out of the spoils won in battles did they dedicate to maintain the house of the LORD.
28 Todo lo que habían consagrado el vidente Samuel, Saúl, hijo de Quis, Abner, hijo de Ner, y Joab, hijo de Sarvia: todo lo consagrado estaba al cuidado de Selomit y sus hermanos.	28 And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated; and whosoever had dedicated any thing, it was under the hand of Shelomith, and of his brethren.
29 De los yisharitas: Kenanías y sus hijos administraban como escribas y jueces los negocios exteriores de Israel.	29 Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were for the outward business over Israel, for officers and judges.
30 De los hebronitas: Jasabías y sus hermanos, hombres de valor, en número de 1.700, estaban encargados de la administración de Israel allende el Jordán, al occidente, para todos los asuntos referentes a Yahveh y al servicio del rey.	30 And of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand and seven hundred, were officers among them of Israel on this side Jordan westward in all the business of the LORD, and in the service of the king.
31 El jefe de los hebronitas era Yeriyías. Acerca de los hebronitas, en el año cuarenta del reinado de David, se hicieron investigaciones sobre sus genealogías paternas, y se hallaron entre ellos hombres de valía en Yazer de Galaad.	31 Among the Hebronites was Jerijah the chief, even among the Hebronites, according to the generations of his fathers. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valour at Jazer of Gilead.
32 Los hermanos de Yeriyías, hombres valerosos, jefes de familias en número de 2.700, fueron constituidos por el rey David sobre los rubenitas, los gaditas y la media tribu de Manasés, en todos los asuntos de Dios y en todos los negocios del rey.	32 And his brethren, men of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred chief fathers, whom king David made rulers over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, for every matter pertaining to God, and affairs of the king.
