1 O sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth!	1 Singt dem Herrn ein neues Lied, singt dem Herrn, alle Länder der Erde!
2 Sing to the LORD, bless his name; tell of his salvation from day to day.	2 Singt dem Herrn und preist seinen Namen, verkündet sein Heil von Tag zu Tag!
3 Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples!	3 Erzählt bei den Völkern von seiner Herrlichkeit, bei allen Nationen von seinen Wundern!
4 For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; he is to be feared above all gods.	4 Denn groß ist der Herr und hoch zu preisen, mehr zu fürchten als alle Götter.
5 For all the gods of the peoples are idols; but the LORD made the heavens.	5 Alle Götter der Heiden sind nichtig, der Herr aber hat den Himmel geschaffen.
6 Honor and majesty are before him; strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.	6 Hoheit und Pracht sind vor seinem Angesicht, Macht und Glanz in seinem Heiligtum.
7 Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the peoples, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength!	7 Bringt dar dem Herrn, ihr Stämme der Völker, bringt dar dem Herrn Lob und Ehre!
8 Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; bring an offering, and come into his courts!	8 Bringt dar dem Herrn die Ehre seines Namens, spendet Opfergaben und tretet ein in sein Heiligtum!
9 Worship the LORD in holy array; tremble before him, all the earth!	9 In heiligem Schmuck werft euch nieder vor dem Herrn, erbebt vor ihm, alle Länder der Erde!
10 Say among the nations, "The LORD reigns! Yea, the world is established, it shall never be moved; he will judge the peoples with equity."	10 Verkündet bei den Völkern: Der Herr ist König. Den Erdkreis hat er gegründet, sodass er nicht wankt. Er richtet die Nationen so, wie es recht ist.
11 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and all that fills it;	11 Der Himmel freue sich, die Erde frohlocke, es brause das Meer und alles, was es erfüllt.
12 let the field exult, and everything in it! Then shall all the trees of the wood sing for joy	12 Es jauchze die Flur und was auf ihr wächst. Jubeln sollen alle Bäume des Waldes
13 before the LORD, for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with his truth.	13 vor dem Herrn, wenn er kommt, wenn er kommt, um die Erde zu richten. Er richtet den Erdkreis gerecht und die Nationen nach seiner Treue.
