Revelation 6

NEW JERUSALEM	Біблія
1 Then, in my vision, I saw the Lamb break one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four livingcreatures shout in a voice like thunder, 'Come!'	1 Я бачив, коли відкрив Агнець одну з семи печатей, і я чув одну з чотирьох істот, що говорила, мов голос грому: «Прийди!»
2 Immediately I saw a white horse appear, and its rider was holding a bow; he was given a victor's crownand he went away, to go from victory to victory.	2 Я ж глянув, і от — кінь білий, і вершник на ньому, що мав лук, і дано йому вінець, і вийшов він переможний, і щоб перемагати.
3 When he broke the second seal, I heard the second living creature shout, 'Come!'	3 Коли відкрив печать другу, я чув другу істоту, що говорила: «Прийди!»
4 And out came another horse, bright red, and its rider was given this duty: to take away peace from theearth and set people kil ing each other. He was given a huge sword.	4 І вийшов інший кінь огнистий, і хто на ньому сидів, дано тому взяти мир від землі, і щоб один одного вбивали; дано йому меч великий.
5 When he broke the third seal, I heard the third living creature shout, 'Come!' Immediately I saw a blackhorse appear, and its rider was holding a pair of scales;	5 Коли відкрив печать третю, я чув третю істоту, що говорила: «Прийди!» Я глянув, і от — кінь вороний, а хто сидів на ньому, мав вагівницю в руці своїй.
6 and I seemed to hear a voice shout from among the four living creatures and say, 'A day's wages for aquart of corn, and a day's wages for three quarts of barley, but do not tamper with the oil or the wine.'	6 І я чув мов голос посеред чотирьох істот, що говорив: «Мірка пшениці за динарій, і три мірки ячменю за динарій; а оливи і вина не ушкоджуй.»
7 When he broke the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature shout, 'Come!'	7 Коли відкрив печать четверту, я чув голос четвертої істоти, що говорила: «Прийди!»
8 Immediately I saw another horse appear, deathly pale, and its rider was called Death, and Hadesfol owed at its heels. They were given authority over a quarter of the earth, to kil by the sword, by famine, byplague and through wild beasts.	8 Я глянув, і от — кінь жовтоблідий, і хто сидів на ньому, ім’я того «смерть», і ад ішов слідом за ним; дано їм владу над четвертою частиною землі — убивати мечем, голодом і мором, і звірами земними.
9 When he broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of all the people who had been kil edon account of the Word of God, for witnessing to it.	9 Коли відкрив п’яту печать, я побачив під жертовником душі повбиваних за слово Боже і за свідчення, що мали.
10 They shouted in a loud voice, 'Holy, true Master, how much longer wil you wait before you passsentence and take vengeance for our death on the inhabitants of the earth?'	10 І закричали вони голосом великим: «Доки, Владико святий і правдивий, не судиш і не мстиш за кров нашу — тим, що живуть на землі?»
11 Each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to be patient a little longer, until the roll wascompleted of their fel ow-servants and brothers who were stil to be killed as they had been.	11 І дано їм кожному одежу білу і проречено їм, нехай спочиють іще на час малий, поки не доповнять числа співслужники їхні і брати їхні, що мають бути убиті, як і вони. 12, Я глянув, коли відкрив він печать шосту, і от землетрус великий відбувся, і сонце стало тьмяне, мов міх волосяний, а весь місяць став, як кров,
12 In my vision, when he broke the sixth seal, there was a violent earthquake and the sun went as blackas coarse sackcloth; the moon turned red as blood al over,	12 і зірки небесні попадали на землю, мов смоковниця обсипає недостиглі смокви свої, вітром великим трушена.
13 and the stars of the sky fell onto the earth like figs dropping from a fig tree when a high wind shakes it;	13 Небо відійшло, мов книга-сувій звиваний, і кожна гора і острів із місця свого рушили.
14 the sky disappeared like a scroll rol ing up and al the mountains and islands were shaken from theirplaces.	14 І царі землі і вельможі і тисячники і багатії і сильні і всякий раб і всякий вільний сховалися в печерах та скелях гір,
15 Then al the kings of the earth, the governors and the commanders, the rich people and the men ofinfluence, the whole population, slaves and citizens, hid in caverns and among the rocks of the mountains.	15 і кажуть до гір і до скель: «Упадіть на нас і закрийте нас від обличчя того, хто сидить на престолі, і від гніву Агнця,
16 They said to the mountains and the rocks, 'Fal on us and hide us away from the One who sits on thethrone and from the retribution of the Lamb.	16 бо прийшов день великий гніву їхнього; і хто може устояти?»
17 For the Great Day of his retribution has come, and who can face it?'
