Revelation 19

NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 After this I heard what seemed to be the great sound of a huge crowd in heaven, singing, 'Al eluia!Salvation and glory and power to our God!	1 Después oí algo parecido al clamor de una enorme multitud que estaba en el cielo, y exclamaba: «¡Aleluya! La salvación, la gloria y el poder pertenecen a nuestro Dios,
2 He judges fairly, he punishes justly, and he has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted theearth with her prostitution; he has avenged the blood of his servants which she shed.'	2 porque sus juicios son verdaderos y justos. El ha condenado a la famosa Prostituta que corrompía la tierra con su lujuria, y ha vengado en ella la sangre de sus servidores».
3 And again they sang, 'Alleluia! The smoke of her wil rise for ever and ever.'	3 Y volvieron a decir: «¡Aleluya! La humareda de la Ciudad se eleva por los siglos de los siglos».
4 Then the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures threw themselves down and worshipped Godseated on his throne, and they cried, 'Amen, Alleluia.'	4 Entonces los veinticuatro Ancianos y los cuatro Seres Vivientes se postraron para adorar a Dios, que está sentado en el trono, y exclamaban: «¡Amén, aleluya!».
5 Then a voice came from the throne; it said, 'Praise our God, you servants of his and those who fearhim, smal and great alike.'	5 Luego salió del trono una voz que decía: «Alaben a nuestro Dios, ustedes, sus servidores, los que lo temen, pequeños y grandes».
6 And I heard what seemed to be the voices of a huge crowd, like the sound of the ocean or the greatroar of thunder, answering, 'Alleluia! The reign of the Lord our God Almighty has begun;	6 Y oí algo parecido al clamor de una enorme multitud, al estruendo de una catarata y al estallido de violentos truenos. Y decían: «¡Aleluya! Porque el Señor, nuestro Dios, el Todopoderoso, ha establecido su Reino.
7 let us be glad and joyful and give glory to God, because this is the time for the marriage of the Lamb.	7 Alegrémonos, regocijémonos y demos gloria a Dios, porque han llegado las bodas del Cordero: su esposa ya se ha preparado,
8 His bride is ready, and she has been able to dress herself in dazzling white linen, because her linen ismade of the good deeds of the saints.'	8 y la han vestido con lino fino de blancura resplandeciente». El lino simboliza las buenas acciones de los santos.
9 The angel said, 'Write this, "Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb," ' andhe added, 'These words of God are true.'	9 Después el Angel me dijo: «Escribe esto: Felices los que han sido invitados al banquete de bodas del Cordero». Y agregó: «Estas son verdaderas palabras de Dios».
10 Then I knelt at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, 'Never do that: I am your fellow-servant andthe fellow-servant of al your brothers who have in themselves the witness of Jesus. God alone you mustworship.' The witness of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.	10 Entonces yo caí a sus pies para adorarlo, pero él me advirtió: «¡Cuidado! No lo hagas, porque yo soy tu compañero de servicio y el de tus hermanos que poseen el testimonio de Jesús. El testimonio de Jesús es el espíritu profético. ¡Es a Dios a quien debes adorar!».
11 And now I saw heaven open, and a white horse appear; its rider was cal ed Trustworthy and True; inuprightness he judges and makes war.	11 Luego vi el cielo abierto y apareció un caballo blanco. Su Jinete se llama «Fiel» y «Veraz»; él juzga y combate con justicia.
12 His eyes were flames of fire, and he was crowned with many coronets; the name written on him wasknown only to himself,	12 Sus ojos son como una llama ardiente y su cabeza está cubierta de numerosas diademas. Lleva escrito un nombre que solamente él conoce
13 his cloak was soaked in blood. He is known by the name, The Word of God.	13 y está vestido con un manto teñido de sangre. Su nombre es: «La Palabra de Dios».
14 Behind him, dressed in linen of dazzling white, rode the armies of heaven on white horses.	14 Lo siguen los ejércitos celestiales, vestidos con lino fino de blancura inmaculada y montados en caballos blancos.
15 From his mouth came a sharp sword with which to strike the unbelievers; he is the one who wil rulethem with an iron sceptre, and tread out the wine of Almighty God's fierce retribution.	15 De su boca sale una espada afilada, para herir a los pueblos paganos. El los regirá con un cetro de hierro y pisará los racimos en la cuba de la ardiente ira del Dios todopoderoso.
16 On his cloak and on his thigh a name was written: King of kings and Lord of lords.	16 En su manto y en su muslo lleva escrito este nombre: Rey de los reyes y Señor de los señores.
17 I saw an angel standing in the sun, and he shouted aloud to al the birds that were flying highoverhead in the sky, 'Come here. Gather together at God's great feast.	17 Después vi a un Angel que estaba de pie sobre el sol y gritaba con gran fuerza a todas las aves que volaban en el cielo: «Vengan a reunirse para el gran festín de Dios,
18 You wil eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of great generals and heroes, the flesh of horses andtheir riders and of al kinds of people, citizens and slaves, smal and great alike.'	18 para devorar la carne de los reyes, de los grandes capitanes, de los poderosos, de los caballos y de sus jinetes; la carne de todos, libres y esclavos, pequeños y grandes».
19 Then I saw the beast, with al the kings of the earth and their armies, gathered together to fight theRider and his army.	19 En seguida vi a la Bestia y a los reyes de la tierra, con sus ejércitos preparados para combatir contra el Jinete y su ejército.
20 But the beast was taken prisoner, together with the false prophet who had worked miracles on thebeast's behalf and by them had deceived those who had accepted branding with the mark of the beast and thosewho had worshipped his statue. These two were hurled alive into the fiery lake of burning sulphur.	20 Pero la Bestia fue capturada, junto con el falso profeta –aquel que realizaba prodigios delante de la otra Bestia, y así logró seducir a los que llevaban la marca de la Bestia y adoraban su imagen– y ambos fueron arrojados vivos al estanque de azufre ardiente.
21 Al the rest were kil ed by the sword of the Rider, which came out of his mouth, and al the birdsglutted themselves with their flesh.	21 Todos los demás fueron exterminados por la espada que salía de la boca del Jinete, y las aves se saciaron con sus despojos.
