Revelation 19

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 After this I heard what seemed to be the great sound of a huge crowd in heaven, singing, 'Al eluia!Salvation and glory and power to our God!	1 Después oí en el cielo como un gran ruido de muchedumbre inmensa que decía: «¡Aleluya! La salvación y la gloria y el poder son de nuestro Dios,
2 He judges fairly, he punishes justly, and he has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted theearth with her prostitution; he has avenged the blood of his servants which she shed.'	2 porque sus juicios son verdaderos y justos; porque ha juzgado a la Gran Ramera que corrompía la tierra con su prostitución, y ha vengado en ella la sangre de sus siervos».
3 And again they sang, 'Alleluia! The smoke of her wil rise for ever and ever.'	3 Y por segunda vez dijeron: «¡Aleluya! La humareda de la Ramera se eleva por los siglos de los siglos».
4 Then the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures threw themselves down and worshipped Godseated on his throne, and they cried, 'Amen, Alleluia.'	4 Entonces los veinticuatro Ancianos y los cuatro Vivientes se postraron y adoraron a Dios, que está sentado en el trono, diciendo: «¡Amén! ¡Aleluya!»
5 Then a voice came from the throne; it said, 'Praise our God, you servants of his and those who fearhim, smal and great alike.'	5 Y salió una voz del trono, que decía: «Alabad a nuestro Dios, todos sus siervos y los que le teméis, pequeños y grandes».
6 And I heard what seemed to be the voices of a huge crowd, like the sound of the ocean or the greatroar of thunder, answering, 'Alleluia! The reign of the Lord our God Almighty has begun;	6 Y oí el ruido de muchedumbre inmensa y como el ruido de grandes aguas y como el fragor de fuertes truenos. Y decían: «¡Aleluya! Porque ha establecido su reinado el Señor, nuestro Dios Todopoderoso.
7 let us be glad and joyful and give glory to God, because this is the time for the marriage of the Lamb.	7 Alegrémonos y regocijémonos y démosle gloria, porque han llegado las bodas del Cordero, y su Esposa se ha engalanado
8 His bride is ready, and she has been able to dress herself in dazzling white linen, because her linen ismade of the good deeds of the saints.'	8 y se le ha concedido vestirse de lino deslumbrante de blancura - el lino son las buenas acciones de los santos». -
9 The angel said, 'Write this, "Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb," ' andhe added, 'These words of God are true.'	9 Luego me dice: «Escribe: Dichosos los invitados al banquete de bodas del Cordero». Me dijo además: «Estas son palabras verdaderas de Dios».
10 Then I knelt at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, 'Never do that: I am your fellow-servant andthe fellow-servant of al your brothers who have in themselves the witness of Jesus. God alone you mustworship.' The witness of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.	10 Entonces me postré a sus pies para adorarle, pero él me dice: «No, cuidado; yo soy un siervo como tú y como tus hermanos que mantienen el testimonio de Jesús. A Dios tienes que adorar». El testimonio de Jesús es el espíritu de profecía.
11 And now I saw heaven open, and a white horse appear; its rider was cal ed Trustworthy and True; inuprightness he judges and makes war.	11 Entonces vi el cielo abierto, y había un caballo blanco: el que lo monta se llama «Fiel» y «Veraz»; y juzga y combate con justicia.
12 His eyes were flames of fire, and he was crowned with many coronets; the name written on him wasknown only to himself,	12 Sus ojos, llama de fuego; sobre su cabeza, muchas diademas; lleva escrito un nombre que sólo él conoce;
13 his cloak was soaked in blood. He is known by the name, The Word of God.	13 viste un manto empapado en sangre y su nombre es: La Palabra de Dios.
14 Behind him, dressed in linen of dazzling white, rode the armies of heaven on white horses.	14 Y los ejércitos del cielo, vestidos de lino blanco puro, le seguían sobre caballos blancos.
15 From his mouth came a sharp sword with which to strike the unbelievers; he is the one who wil rulethem with an iron sceptre, and tread out the wine of Almighty God's fierce retribution.	15 De su boca sale una espada afilada para herir con ella a los paganos; él los regirá con cetro de hierro; él pisa el lagar del vino de la furiosa cólera de Dios, el Todopoderoso.
16 On his cloak and on his thigh a name was written: King of kings and Lord of lords.	16 Lleva escrito un nombre en su manto y en su muslo: Rey de Reyes y Señor de Señores.
17 I saw an angel standing in the sun, and he shouted aloud to al the birds that were flying highoverhead in the sky, 'Come here. Gather together at God's great feast.	17 Luego vi a un Angel de pie sobre el sol que gritaba con fuerte voz a todas las aves que volaban por lo alto del cielo: «Venid, reuníos para el gran banquete de Dios,
18 You wil eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of great generals and heroes, the flesh of horses andtheir riders and of al kinds of people, citizens and slaves, smal and great alike.'	18 para que comáis carne de reyes, carne de tribunos y carne de valientes, carne de caballos y de sus jinetes, y carne de toda clase de gente, libres y esclavos, pequeños y grandes».
19 Then I saw the beast, with al the kings of the earth and their armies, gathered together to fight theRider and his army.	19 Vi entonces a la Bestia y a los reyes de la tierra con sus ejércitos reunidos para entablar combate contra el que iba montado en el caballo y contra su ejército.
20 But the beast was taken prisoner, together with the false prophet who had worked miracles on thebeast's behalf and by them had deceived those who had accepted branding with the mark of the beast and thosewho had worshipped his statue. These two were hurled alive into the fiery lake of burning sulphur.	20 Pero la Bestia fue capturada, y con ella el falso profeta - el que había realizado al servicio de la Bestia las señales con que seducía a los que habían aceptado la marca de la Bestia y a los que adoraban su imagen - los dos fueron arrojados vivos al lago del fuego que arde con azufre.
21 Al the rest were kil ed by the sword of the Rider, which came out of his mouth, and al the birdsglutted themselves with their flesh.	21 Los demás fueron exterminados por la espada que sale de la boca del que monta el caballo, y todas las aves se hartaron de sus carnes».
