NEW JERUSALEM	LXX
1 The kings of the country, whom the Israelites conquered and whose territory they took, on the further, eastern side of the Jordan, from the Wadi Arnon to Mount Hermon, with the entire Arabah to the east, were asfol ows:	1 και ουτοι οι βασιλεις της γης ους ανειλον οι υιοι ισραηλ και κατεκληρονομησαν την γην αυτων περαν του ιορδανου αφ' ηλιου ανατολων απο φαραγγος αρνων εως του ορους αερμων και πασαν την γην αραβα απ' ανατολων
2 Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived at Heshbon, ruled from Aroer which is on the edge of the ArnonVal ey, including the bottom of the val ey, half Gilead and as far as the Jabbok, the river forming the frontier withthe Ammonites;	2 σηων τον βασιλεα των αμορραιων ος κατωκει εν εσεβων κυριευων απο αροηρ η εστιν εν τη φαραγγι κατα μερος της φαραγγος και το ημισυ της γαλααδ εως ιαβοκ ορια υιων αμμων
3 the eastern Arabah up to the Sea of Chinneroth, and as far as the Sea of the Arabah, or Salt Sea, onthe eastern side, in the direction of Beth-Jeshimoth, and, in the south, the watered foothil s of Mount Pisgah.	3 και αραβα εως της θαλασσης χενερεθ κατ' ανατολας και εως της θαλασσης αραβα θαλασσαν των αλων απο ανατολων οδον την κατα ασιμωθ απο θαιμαν την υπο ασηδωθ φασγα
4 Og king of Bashan, one of the last of the Rephaim, who lived at Ashtaroth and Edrei,	4 και ωγ βασιλευς βασαν υπελειφθη εκ των γιγαντων ο κατοικων εν ασταρωθ και εν εδραιν
5 ruled over Mount Hermon and Salecah, the whole of Bashan to the frontier of the Geshurites andMaacathites, and half Gilead to the frontier of Sihon king of Heshbon.	5 αρχων απο ορους αερμων και απο σελχα και πασαν την βασαν εως οριων γεσουρι και την μαχατι και το ημισυ γαλααδ οριων σηων βασιλεως εσεβων
6 Moses, servant of Yahweh, and the Israelites conquered these, and Moses, servant of Yahweh,conferred their territory on the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh.	6 μωυσης ο παις κυριου και οι υιοι ισραηλ επαταξαν αυτους και εδωκεν αυτην μωυσης εν κληρονομια ρουβην και γαδ και τω ημισει φυλης μανασση
7 The kings of the country whom Joshua and the Israelites conquered on the nearer, western side of theJordan, from Baal-Gad in the Vale of Lebanon to Mount Halak rising towards Seir, and whose heritage Joshuadistributed to the tribes of Israel, dividing it up between them, were as follows:	7 και ουτοι οι βασιλεις των αμορραιων ους ανειλεν ιησους και οι υιοι ισραηλ εν τω περαν του ιορδανου παρα θαλασσαν βααλγαδ εν τω πεδιω του λιβανου και εως του ορους χελχα αναβαινοντων εις σηιρ και εδωκεν αυτην ιησους ταις φυλαις ισραηλ κληρονομειν κατα κληρον αυτων
8 In the highlands and the lowlands, in the Arabah and in the watered foothil s, in the desert and in theNegeb, belonging to the Hittites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites:	8 εν τω ορει και εν τω πεδιω και εν αραβα και εν ασηδωθ και εν τη ερημω και εν ναγεβ τον χετταιον και τον αμορραιον και τον χαναναιον και τον φερεζαιον και τον ευαιον και τον ιεβουσαιον

14 the king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;	14 βασιλεα ερμαθ βασιλεα αραθ

21 the king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;	21 βασιλεα καδης βασιλεα ταναχ
22 the king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam in Carmel, one;	22 βασιλεα μαγεδων βασιλεα ιεκοναμ του χερμελ
23 the king of Dor, on the Slopes of Dor, one; the king of the nations in Galilee, one;	23 βασιλεα δωρ του ναφεδδωρ βασιλεα γωιμ της γαλιλαιας
