Hosea 3

NEW JERUSALEM	KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA
1 Yahweh said to me, 'Go again, love a woman who loves another man, an adulteress, and love her asYahweh loves the Israelites although they turn to other gods and love raisin cakes.'	1 Mondta továbbá az Úr nekem: »Eredj, szeresd továbbra is azt az asszonyt, akinek szeretője van és házasságtörő; ugyanígy szereti az Úr Izrael fiait, és ők mégis más istenekre tekintenek, és a mazsolás kalácsot szeretik.«
2 So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver, a homer of barley and a skin of wine,	2 Meg is szereztem őt magamnak tizenöt ezüstért és másfél ómer árpáért,
3 and I said to her, 'You wil have to spend a long time waiting for me without playing the whore andwithout giving yourself to any man, and I wil behave in the same way towards you.'	3 és mondtam neki: »Sokáig kell majd várnod rám; nem paráználkodhatsz és nem leszel férfié; de én is várni fogok rád.«
4 For the Israelites wil have to spend a long time without king or leader, without sacrifice or sacred pil ar,without ephod or domestic images;	4 Sokáig lesznek ugyanis majd Izrael fiai király nélkül, fejedelem nélkül, áldozat nélkül, oltár nélkül, efód nélkül és teráfok nélkül.
5 but after that, the Israel- ites wil return and again seek Yahweh their God and David their king, and turntrembling to Yahweh for his bounty in the final days.	5 De aztán megtérnek Izrael fiai, és keresik az Urat, Istenüket, és királyukat Dávidot, s az idők végén félve keresik majd az Urat és az ő jótéteményeit.
