Ezekiel 43

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBLIA
1 He took me to the gate, the one facing east.	1 Me condujo luego hacia el pórtico, el pórtico que miraba a oriente,
2 I saw the glory of the God of Israel approaching from the east. A sound came with him like the soundof the ocean, and the earth shone with his glory.	2 y he aquí que la gloria del Dios de Israel llegaba de la parte de oriente, con un ruido como el ruido de muchas aguas, y la tierra resplandecía de su gloria.
3 This vision was like the one I had seen when I had come for the destruction of the city, and like theone I had seen by the River Chebar. Then I fell to the ground.	3 Esta visión era como la que yo había visto cuando vine para la destrucción de la ciudad, y también como lo que había visto junto al río Kebar. Entonces caí rostro en tierra.
4 The glory of Yahweh arrived at the Temple by the east gate.	4 La gloria de Yahveh entró en la Casa por el pórtico que mira a oriente.
5 The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; I saw the glory of Yahweh fil the Temple.	5 El espíritu me levantó y me introdujo en el atrio interior, y he aquí que la gloria de Yahveh llenaba la Casa.
6 And I heard someone speaking to me from the Temple while the man stood beside me.	6 Y oí que alguien me hablaba desde la Casa, mientras el hombre permanecía en pie junto a mí.
7 He said, 'Son of man, this is the dais of my throne, the step on which I rest my feet. I shall live hereamong the Israelites for ever; and the House of Israel, they and their kings, will never again defile my holy namewith their whorings and the corpses of their kings,	7 Me dijo: Hijo de hombre, este es el lugar de mi trono, el lugar donde se posa la planta de mis pies. Aquí habitaré en medio de los hijos de Israel para siempre; y la casa de Israel, así como sus reyes, no contaminarán más mi santo nombre con sus prostituciones y con los cadáveres de sus reyes,
8 by putting their threshold beside my threshold and their doorposts beside my door-posts, with a partywal shared by them and me. They used to defile my holy name by their loathsome practices, and this is why Iput an end to them in my anger.	8 poniendo su umbral junto a mi umbral y sus jambas junto a mis jambas, con un muro común entre ellos y yo. Ellos contaminaron mi santo nombre con las abominaciones que cometieron; por eso los he devorado en mi cólera.
9 From now on they wil banish their whorings and the corpses of their kings from my presence and Ishall live among them for ever.	9 De ahora en adelante alejarán de mí sus prostituciones y los cadáveres de sus reyes, y yo habitaré en medio de ellos para siempre.
10 'Son of man, describe this Temple to the House of Israel, to shame them out of their loathsomepractices. (Let them draw up the plan of it.)	10 «Y tú, hijo de hombre, describe este Templo a la casa de Israel, para que queden avergonzados de sus culpas y tomen nota de su plano.
11 And, if they are ashamed of their behaviour, show them the design and plan of the Temple, its exitsand entrances, its shape, how al of it is arranged, the entire design and all its principles. Give them al this inwriting so that they can see and take note of its design and the way it is al arranged and carry it out.	11 Se avergüenzan de toda su conducta, enséñales la forma del Templo y su plano, sus salidas y entradas, su forma y todas sus disposiciones, toda su forma y todas sus leyes. Pon todo esto por escrito ante sus ojos, para que guarden con exactitud todas sus leyes y disposiciones, y las pongan en práctica.
12 This is the charter of the Temple: all the surrounding space on the mountain top is an especially holyarea. (Such is the charter of the Temple.)'	12 Este es el fuero del Templo: En la cumbre del monte, todo el territorio en su ámbito es santísimo. (Tal es el fuero del Templo.)»
13 These were the dimensions of the altar, in cubits each of a cubit plus a handsbreadth. The base: onecubit high and one cubit wide; the space by the runnel, al round the edge of the altar, one handsbreadth.	13 Y estas son las dimensiones del altar en codos de codo y palmo: su cavidad, un codo por un codo de ancha. 17 and the square plinth: fourteen cubits by fourteen cubits; and the ledge al round: half a cubit; and thebase: one cubit al round. 18 He said to me, 'Son of man, the Lord Yahweh says this, "As regards the altar, this is how things mustbe done when it has been built for the sacrifice of the burnt offering and for the pouring of blood.	18 Y me dijo: Hijo de hombre, así dice el Señor Yahveh: Estas son las disposiciones del altar el día en que sea erigido para ofrecer en él el holocausto y derramar la sangre.
19 To the levitical priests -- those of the race of Zadok -- who approach me to serve me -- declares theLord Yahweh -- you must give a young bul as a sacrifice for sin.	19 A los sacerdotes levitas - los de la descendencia de Sadoq que se acercan a mí para servirme, oráculo del Señor Yahveh - les darás un novillo en sacrificio por el pecado.
20 You must take some of its blood and put it on the four horns, on the four corners of the plinth and onthe surrounding ledge. In this way you wil purify it and make expiation on it.	20 Tomarás su sangre, y rociarás los cuatro cuernos, los cuatro ángulos del zócalo y el reborde todo alrededor. Así quitarás el pecado y harás expiación por él.
21 Then take the bul of the sacrifice for sin and burn it in that part of the Temple which is cut off fromthe sanctuary.	21 Luego tomarás el novillo del sacrificio por el pecado: se le quemará en una dependencia de la Casa, fuera del Santuario.
22 On the second day, you must offer an unblemished he-goat as the sacrifice for sin, and the altar mustbe purified again as was done with the bul .	22 El segundo día, ofrecerás un macho cabrío sin defecto en sacrificio por el pecado y se quitará el pecado del altar como se hizo con el novillo.
23 When you have finished the purification, you must offer a young, unblemished bull and anunblemished ram from the flock.	23 Cuando hayas acabado de quitar el pecado, ofrecerás un novillo sin defecto y un carnero del rebaño sin defecto.
24 You must present them before Yahweh, and the priests wil sprinkle salt on them and offer them asburnt offerings to Yahweh.	24 Los ofrecerás delante de Yahveh, y los sacerdotes les echarán sal y los ofrecerán en holocausto a Yahveh.
25 As a sacrifice for sin, every day for seven days you must offer a he-goat, a bull and an unblemishedram from the flock.	25 Durante siete días ofrecerás el macho cabrío del sacrificio por el pecado, cada día; se hará también el sacrificio del novillo y del carnero sin defecto tomado del rebaño.
26 In this way the altar will be expiated and wil be purified and inaugurated.	26 Así, durante siete días se hará la expiación del altar, se le purificará y se le consagrará.
27 At the end of that time, on the eighth day and afterwards, the priest wil offer your burnt offerings andyour communion sacrifices on the altar, and I shall look favourably on you -- declares the Lord Yahweh." '	27 Pasados estos días, desde el octavo en adelante, los sacerdotes ofrecerán sobre el altar vuestros holocaustos y vuestros sacrificios de comunión. Y yo os seré propicio, oráculo del Señor Yahveh.
