1 [For the choirmaster Of David In commemoration] Be pleased, God, to rescue me, Yahweh, comequickly and help me!	1 Au maître de chant. De David. Pour faire mémoire.
2 Shame and dismay to those who seek my life! Back with them! Let them be humiliated who delight inmy misfortunes.	2 Ô Dieu, daigne me délivrer, Seigneur, hâte-toi de me secourir.
3 Let them shrink away covered with shame, those who say to me, 'Aha, aha!'	3 Qu’ils soient déçus et humiliés, ceux qui en veulent à ma vie, qu’ils reculent, couverts de honte, ceux qui cherchent à me nuire!
4 But joy and happiness in you to al who seek you. Let them ceaselessly cry, 'God is great', who loveyour saving power.	4 Qu’ils aillent cacher leur confusion, ceux qui m’accusent et disent: “Le voilà pris!”
5 Poor and needy as I am, God, come quickly to me! Yahweh, my helper, my Saviour, do not delay!	5 Donne cette joie à ceux qui te cherchent, qu’ils puissent se réjouir en toi. Ceux qui attendent ton salut rediront alors: “Le Seigneur est grand!”
	6 Je suis si humble et malheureux, Seigneur, pense un peu à moi. Tu es mon secours, mon sauveur, ne tarde pas, ô mon Dieu.
