Psalms 43

NEW JERUSALEM	EINHEITSUBERSETZUNG BIBEL
1 Judge me, God, defend my cause against a people who have no faithful love; from those who aretreacherous and unjust, rescue me.	1 Verschaff mir Recht, o Gott, und führe meine Sache gegen ein treuloses Volk! Rette mich vor bösen und tückischen Menschen!
2 For you are the God of my strength; why abandon me? Why must I go around in mourning, harrassedby the enemy?	2 Denn du bist mein starker Gott. Warum hast du mich verstoßen? Warum muss ich trauernd umhergehen, von meinem Feind bedrängt?
3 Send out your light and your truth; they shal be my guide, to lead me to your holy mountain to theplace where you dwell.	3 Sende dein Licht und deine Wahrheit, damit sie mich leiten; sie sollen mich führen zu deinem heiligen Berg und zu deiner Wohnung.
4 Then I shal go to the altar of God, to the God of my joy. I wil rejoice and praise you on the harp, OGod, my God.	4 So will ich zum Altar Gottes treten, zum Gott meiner Freude. Jauchzend will ich dich auf der Harfe loben, Gott, mein Gott.
5 Why so downcast, why all these sighs? Hope in God! I will praise him stil , my Saviour, my God.	5 Meine Seele, warum bist du betrübt und bist so unruhig in mir? Harre auf Gott; denn ich werde ihm noch danken, meinem Gott und Retter, auf den ich schaue.
