Psalms 43

NEW JERUSALEM	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 Judge me, God, defend my cause against a people who have no faithful love; from those who aretreacherous and unjust, rescue me.	1 Júzgame, oh Dios, y defiende mi causa contra la gente sin piedad; líbrame del hombre falso y perverso.
2 For you are the God of my strength; why abandon me? Why must I go around in mourning, harrassedby the enemy?	2 Si tú eres mi Dios y mi fortaleza, ¿por qué me rechazas? ¿Por qué tendré que estar triste, oprimido por mi enemigo?
3 Send out your light and your truth; they shal be my guide, to lead me to your holy mountain to theplace where you dwell.	3 Envíame tu luz y tu verdad: que ellas me encaminen y me guíen a tu santa Montaña, hasta el lugar donde habitas.
4 Then I shal go to the altar of God, to the God of my joy. I wil rejoice and praise you on the harp, OGod, my God.	4 Y llegaré al altar de Dios, el Dios que es la alegría de mi vida; y te daré gracias con la cítara, Señor, Dios mío.
5 Why so downcast, why all these sighs? Hope in God! I will praise him stil , my Saviour, my God.	5 ¿Por qué te deprimes, alma mía? ¿Por qué te inquietas? Espera en Dios, y yo volveré a darle gracias, a él, que es mi salvador y mi Dios.
