Exodus 27

1 'You will make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide; the altar wil be squareand three cubits high.	1 ועשית את המזבח עצי שטים חמש אמות ארך וחמש אמות רחב רבוע יהיה המזבח ושלש אמות קמתו
2 At its four corners you wil make horns, the horns must be of a piece with it, and you wil overlay it withbronze.	2 ועשית קרנתיו על ארבע פנתיו ממנו תהיין קרנתיו וצפית אתו נחשת
3 And for it you will make pans for taking away the fatty ashes, and shovels, sprinkling basins, hooksand fire pans; you wil make al the altar accessories of bronze.	3 ועשית סירתיו לדשנו ויעיו ומזרקתיו ומזלגתיו ומחתתיו לכל כליו תעשה נחשת
4 You will also make a grating for it of bronze network, and on the four corners of the grating you wilmake four bronze rings.	4 ועשית לו מכבר מעשה רשת נחשת ועשית על הרשת ארבע טבעת נחשת על ארבע קצותיו
5 You will put it below the ledge of the altar, underneath, so that it comes halfway up the altar.	5 ונתתה אתה תחת כרכב המזבח מלמטה והיתה הרשת עד חצי המזבח
6 You will make shafts for the altar, shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with bronze.	6 ועשית בדים למזבח בדי עצי שטים וצפית אתם נחשת
7 The shafts wil be passed through the rings in such a way that the shafts are on either side of the altar,for carrying it.	7 והובא את בדיו בטבעת והיו הבדים על שתי צלעת המזבח בשאת אתו
8 You will make the altar hol ow, out of boards; you wil make it as you were shown on the mountain.	8 נבוב לחת תעשה אתו כאשר הראה אתך בהר כן יעשו
9 'Then you will make the court of the Dwelling. On the south side, the curtaining of the court must be offinely woven linen, one hundred cubits long (for the first side),	9 ועשית את חצר המשכן לפאת נגב תימנה קלעים לחצר שש משזר מאה באמה ארך לפאה האחת
10 its twenty poles and their twenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver.	10 ועמדיו עשרים ואדניהם עשרים נחשת ווי העמדים וחשקיהם כסף
11 So too for the north side, there must be a hundred cubits of curtaining, its twenty poles and theirtwenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver.	11 וכן לפאת צפון בארך קלעים מאה ארך ועמדו עשרים ואדניהם עשרים נחשת ווי העמדים וחשקיהם כסף
12 Across the width of the court, on the west side, there must be fifty cubits of curtaining, with its tenpoles and their ten sockets.	12 ורחב החצר לפאת ים קלעים חמשים אמה עמדיהם עשרה ואדניהם עשרה
13 The width of the court on the east side, facing the sunrise, must be fifty cubits,	13 ורחב החצר לפאת קדמה מזרחה חמשים אמה
14 with fifteen cubits of curtaining on one side of the entrance, with its three poles and their threesockets,	14 וחמש עשרה אמה קלעים לכתף עמדיהם שלשה ואדניהם שלשה
15 and on the other side of the entrance, fifteen cubits of curtaining, with its three poles and their threesockets;	15 ולכתף השנית חמש עשרה קלעים עמדיהם שלשה ואדניהם שלשה
16 and for the gateway to the court there must be a twenty-cubit screen of finely woven linenembroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, with its four poles and their four sockets.	16 ולשער החצר מסך עשרים אמה תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שני ושש משזר מעשה רקם עמדיהם ארבעה ואדניהם ארבעה
17 Al the poles round the court must be connected by silver rods; their hooks must be of silver and theirsockets of bronze.	17 כל עמודי החצר סביב מחשקים כסף וויהם כסף ואדניהם נחשת
18 The length of the court must be one hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits and its height five cubits. Althe curtaining must be made of finely woven linen, and their sockets of bronze.	18 ארך החצר מאה באמה ורחב חמשים בחמשים וקמה חמש אמות שש משזר ואדניהם נחשת
19 Al the accessories for general use in the Dwel ing, al its pegs and al the pegs of the court, must beof bronze.	19 לכל כלי המשכן בכל עבדתו וכל יתדתיו וכל יתדת החצר נחשת
20 'You wil order the Israelites to bring you pure pounded olive oil for the light, and to keep a lampburning al the time.	20 ואתה תצוה את בני ישראל ויקחו אליך שמן זית זך כתית למאור להעלת נר תמיד
21 Aaron and his sons wil tend it in the Tent of Meeting, outside the curtain hanging in front of theTestimony, from dusk to dawn, before Yahweh. This is a perpetual decree for al generations of Israelites.'	21 באהל מועד מחוץ לפרכת אשר על העדת יערך אתו אהרן ובניו מערב עד בקר לפני יהוה חקת עולם לדרתם מאת בני ישראל
