NEW JERUSALEM	DIODATI
1 'You will make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide; the altar wil be squareand three cubits high.	1 FA’, oltre a ciò, un Altare di legno di Sittim, la cui lunghezza sia di cinque cubiti, e la larghezza di cinque cubiti; talchè sia quadrato; e l’altezza di tre cubiti.
2 At its four corners you wil make horns, the horns must be of a piece with it, and you wil overlay it withbronze.	2 E fagli delle corna a’ quattro canti, le quali sieno dell’Altare stesso; e coprilo di rame.
3 And for it you will make pans for taking away the fatty ashes, and shovels, sprinkling basins, hooksand fire pans; you wil make al the altar accessories of bronze.	3 Fagli eziandio de’ calderoni per raccoglier le sue ceneri, e delle palette, e de’ bacini, e delle forcelle, e delle cazze; fa’ tutti gli stumenti d’esso di rame.
4 You will also make a grating for it of bronze network, and on the four corners of the grating you wilmake four bronze rings.	4 Fagli ancora una grata di rame, di lavor reticolato; e fa’ disopra di quella grata quattro anelli di rame, sopra le quattro estremità di essa.
5 You will put it below the ledge of the altar, underneath, so that it comes halfway up the altar.	5 E mettila disotto al procinto dell’Altare a basso; e sia quella rete fino a mezzo l’Altare.
6 You will make shafts for the altar, shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with bronze.	6 Fa’ ancora delle stanghe per l’Altare, di legno di Sittim, e coprile di rame.
7 The shafts wil be passed through the rings in such a way that the shafts are on either side of the altar,for carrying it.	7 E mettansi quelle stanghe di esso agli anelli; e sieno le stanghe a’ due lati dell’Altare, quando si avrà da portare.
8 You will make the altar hol ow, out of boards; you wil make it as you were shown on the mountain.	8 Fallo di tavole, vuoto; facciasi come ti è stato mostrato in sul monte
9 'Then you will make the court of the Dwelling. On the south side, the curtaining of the court must be offinely woven linen, one hundred cubits long (for the first side),	9 Fa’ ancora il Cortile del Tabernacolo; dal lato Australe verso il Mezzodì abbia il Cortile cento cubiti di lunghezza di cortine di fin lino ritorto; abbiane tanto da un lato;
10 its twenty poles and their twenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver.	10 con le sue venti colonne, e i lor venti piedistalli di rame; e sieno i capitelli, e i fili delle colonne di argento.
11 So too for the north side, there must be a hundred cubits of curtaining, its twenty poles and theirtwenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver.	11 Così ancora dal lato Settentrionale per lungo, abbia la lunghezza di cento cubiti di cortine; con lor venti colonne, e i lor venti piedistalli di rame; e sieno i capitelli, e i fili delle colonne di argento.
12 Across the width of the court, on the west side, there must be fifty cubits of curtaining, with its tenpoles and their ten sockets.	12 E per largo, dal lato Occidentale, abbia il Cortile cinquanta cubiti di cortine colle lor dieci colonne, e dieci piedistalli.
13 The width of the court on the east side, facing the sunrise, must be fifty cubits,	13 E per largo dal lato Orientale, verso il Levante, abbia il Cortile parimente cinquanta cubiti di cortine;
14 with fifteen cubits of curtaining on one side of the entrance, with its three poles and their threesockets,	14 cioè all’un de’ canti quindici cubiti di cortine, colle lor tre colonne, e tre piedistalli;
15 and on the other side of the entrance, fifteen cubits of curtaining, with its three poles and their threesockets;	15 e dall’altro canto, parimente quindici cubiti di cortine, colle lor tre colonne, e tre piedistalli.
16 and for the gateway to the court there must be a twenty-cubit screen of finely woven linenembroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, with its four poles and their four sockets.	16 E all’entrata del Cortile siavi un tappeto di venti cubiti, di violato, e di porpora, e di scarlatto, e di fin lino ritorto, di lavoro di ricamatore, colle lor quattro colonne, e quattro piedistalli.
17 Al the poles round the court must be connected by silver rods; their hooks must be of silver and theirsockets of bronze.	17 Abbiano tutte le colonne del Cortile d’intorno de’ fili di argento; e sieno i lor capitelli di argento, e i lor piedistalli di rame.
18 The length of the court must be one hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits and its height five cubits. Althe curtaining must be made of finely woven linen, and their sockets of bronze.	18 Sia la lunghezza del Cortile di cento cubiti, e la larghezza, da un lato e dall’altro, di cinquanta cubiti, e l’altezza di cinque cubiti; sieno le cortine di fin lino ritorto, e i piedistalli delle colonne di rame.
19 Al the accessories for general use in the Dwel ing, al its pegs and al the pegs of the court, must beof bronze.	19 Sieno di rame tutti gli arredi del Tabernacolo, per qualunque suo servigio, come ancora tutti i suoi piuoli, e tutti i piuoli del Cortile
20 'You wil order the Israelites to bring you pure pounded olive oil for the light, and to keep a lampburning al the time.	20 Comanda ancora a’ figliuoli d’Israele che ti portino dell’olio di uliva puro, vergine, per la lumiera, per accendere del continuo le lampane.
21 Aaron and his sons wil tend it in the Tent of Meeting, outside the curtain hanging in front of theTestimony, from dusk to dawn, before Yahweh. This is a perpetual decree for al generations of Israelites.'	21 Mettanle in ordine Aaronne ed i suoi figliuoli, per ardere dalla sera fino alla mattina, davanti al Signore, nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, di fuori della cortina che ha da essere davanti alla Testimonianza. Sia questo uno statuto perpetuo, da osservarsi da’ figliuoli d’Israele per le loro età
