NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA RICCIOTTI
1 Now the leaders of the people took up residence in Jerusalem; so the rest of the people drew lots: oneman in ten was to come and live in Jerusalem, the holy city, while the other nine were to stay in the townsoutside.	1 - Ora, i capi del popolo si stabilirono in Gerusalemme; pel rimanente del popolo, fu tirata a sorte una parte su dieci per abitare in Gerusalemme città santa, e le altre nove parti nelle altre città.
2 The people praised al those who volunteered to live in Jerusalem.	2 E il popolo benedisse tutti quelli che spontaneamente s'offrirono ad abitare in Gerusalemme.
3 In the towns of Judah each man lived on his own property, but these are the provincial leaders, theIsraelites, the priests, the Levites, the temple slaves and the descendants of Solomon's slaves, who made theirhomes in Jerusalem:	3 Ed ecco i nomi dei capi della provincia che presero stanza in Gerusalemme e nelle città di Giuda.
