1 The second lot fell to Simeon. The heritage of the clans of the tribe of Simeonites lay within that of the Judahites.	1 Le deuxième lot sortit pour Siméon, pour la tribu des fils de Siméon selon leurs clans: leur héritagese trouva au milieu de l'héritage des fils de Juda.
2 For their heritage they received Beer-sheba, Shema, Moladah,	2 Ils reçurent en héritage Bersabée, Shema, Molada,

4 Eltolad, Bethul, Hormah,	4 Eltolad, Betul, Horma,
5 Ziklag, Bethmar-caboth, Hazar-susah,	5 Ciqlag, Bet-ha-Markabot, Haçar-Susa,
6 Beth-lebaoth and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages.	6 Bet-Lebaôt et Sharuhén: treize villes et leurs villages;
7 Also En-rimmon, Ether and Ashan; four cities and their villages,	7 Ayîn, Rimmôn, Etèr, Ashân: quatre villes et leurs villages,
8 besides all the villages around these cities as far as Baalath-beer (that is, Ramoth-negeb). This was the heritage of the clans of the tribe of the Simeonites.	8 avec tous les villages situés aux environs de ces villes jusqu'à Baalat-Béèr et Rama du Négeb. 9 This heritage of the Simeonites was within the confines of the Judahites; for since the portion of the latter was too large for them, the Simeonites obtained their heritage within it.	9 L'héritage des fils de Siméon fut pris sur le lot des fils de Juda, parce que la part des fils de Juda étaittrop grande pour eux; les fils de Siméon reçurent donc leur héritage au milieu de l'héritage des fils de Juda.
10 The third lot fell to the clans of the Zebulunites. The limit of their heritage was at Sarid.	10 Le troisième lot revint aux fils de Zabulon selon leurs clans: le territoire de leur héritage s'étendaitjusqu'à Sadud;
11 Their boundary went up west. . . and through Mareal, reaching Dabbesheth and the wadi that is near Jokneam.	11 leur frontière montait à l'occident vers Maraala, elle touchait Dabbeshèt ainsi que le torrent qui esten face de Yoqnéam.
12 From Sarid eastward it ran to the district of Chisloth-tabor, on to Daberath, and up to Japhia.	12 La frontière tournait de Sadud vers l'est, là où le soleil se lève, jusqu'à la frontière de Kislot-Tabor,elle aboutissait vers Daberat et montait à Yaphia.
13 From there it continued eastward to Gath-hepher and to Eth-kazin, extended to Rimmon, and turned to Neah.	13 De là elle passait vers l'est, au levant, vers Gat-Hépher et Itta-Qaçîn, aboutissait à Rimmôn ettournait vers Néa.
14 Skirting north of Hannathon, the boundary ended at the valley of Iphtahel.	14 La frontière nord se tournait vers Hannatôn, et son point d'arrivée était à la vallée de Yiphtah-El;
15 Thus, with Kattath, Nahalal, Shimron, Idalah and Bethlehem, there were twelve cities and their villages	15 avec Qattat, Nahalal, Shimrôn, Yiréala et Bethléem: douze villes avec leurs villages.

17 The fourth lot fell to Issachar. The territory of the clans of the Issacharites	17 Le quatrième lot sortit pour Issachar, pour les fils d'Issachar selon leurs clans.
18 included Jezreel, Chesulloth, Shunem,	18 Leur territoire s'étendait vers Yizréel et comprenait Kesullot, Shunem,
19 Hapharaim, Shion, Anaharath,	19 Hapharayim, Shiôn, Anaharat,
20 Rabbith, Kishion, Ebez,	20 Daberat, Qishyôn, Ebeç,
21 Remeth, En-gannim, En-haddah and Beth-pazzez.	21 Rémèt, En-Gannim, En-Hadda, et Bet-Paççèç.
22 The boundary reached Tabor, Shahazumah and Beth-shemesh, ending at the Jordan. These sixteen cities and their villages	22 La frontière touchait Tabor, Shahaçima et Bet-Shémesh, et le point d'arrivée de la frontière était leJourdain: seize villes avec leurs villages.

24 The fifth lot fell to the clans of the tribe of the Asherites.	24 Le cinquième lot sortit pour la tribu des fils d'Asher selon leurs clans.
25 Their territory included Helkath, Hali, Beten, Achshaph,	25 Leur territoire comprenait: Helqat, Hali, Bétèn, Akshaph,
26 Allammelech, Amad and Mishal, and reached Carmel on the west, and Shihor-libnath.	26 Alammélek, Améad et Mishéal; il touchait le Carmel à l'ouest et le cours du Libnat.
27 In the other direction, it ran eastward of Beth-dagon, reached Zebulun and the valley of Iphtahel; then north of Beth-emek and Neiel, it extended to Cabul,	27 Du côté où le soleil se lève, il allait jusqu'à Bet-Dagôn, touchait Zabulon, la vallée de Yiphtah-El aunord, Bet-ha-Emeq et Néïel, aboutissant vers Kabul à gauche,
28 Mishal, Abdon, Rehob, Hammon and Kanah, near Greater Sidon.	28 avec Abdôn, Rehob, Hammôn, et Qana jusqu'à Sidon-la-Grande. Puis la frontière allait vers Ramaet jusqu'à la ville de la place forte de Tyr;
29 Then the boundary turned back to Ramah and to the fortress city of Tyre; thence it cut back to Hosah and ended at the sea. Thus, with Mahalab, Achzib,	29 la frontière allait ensuite à Hosa et son point d'arrivée était, à la mer, Mahaleb et Akzib,
30 Ummah, Acco, Aphek and Rehob, there were twenty-two cities and their villages	30 avec Akko, Aphèq et Rehob: 22 villes avec leurs villages.

32 The sixth lot fell to the Naphtalites. The boundary of the clans of the Naphtalites	32 Pour les fils de Nephtali sortit le sixième lot, pour les fils de Nephtali selon leurs clans.
33 extended from Heleph, from the oak at Zaanannim to Lakkum, including Adami-nekeb and Jabneel, and ended at the Jordan.	33 Leur frontière allait à Héleph et du Chêne de Caanannim, avec Adami-ha-Néqèb et Yabnéel, jusqu'àLaqqum, et son point d'arrivée était le Jourdain.
34 In the opposite direction, westerly, it ran through Aznoth-tabor and from there extended to Hukkok; it touched Zebulun on the south, Asher on the west, and the Jordan on the east.	34 A l'ouest la frontière passait à Aznot-Tabor, elle aboutissait de là à Huqoq et touchait Zabulon ausud, Asher à l'ouest et le Jourdain à l'est.
35 The fortified cities were Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Chinnereth,	35 Les villes fortes étaient: Ciddim, Cer, Hammat, Raqqat, Kinnérèt,
36 Adamah, Ramah, Hazor,	36 Adama, Rama, Haçor,

38 Yiron, Migdal-el, Horem, Beth-anath and Beth-shemesh; nineteen cities and their villages,	38 Yiréôn, Migdal-El, Horem, Bet-Anat, et Bet-Shémesh: dix-neuf villes et leurs villages.

40 The seventh lot fell to the clans of the tribe of Danites.	40 Pour la tribu des fils de Dan selon leurs clans sortit le septième lot.
41 Their heritage was the territory of Zorah, Eshtaol, Ir-shemesh,	41 Le territoire de leur héritage comprenait: Coréa, Eshtaol, Ir-Shémesh,
42 Shaalabbin, Aijalon, Ithlah,	42 Shaalbim, Ayyalôn, Silata,

44 Eltekoh, Gibbethon, Baalath,	44 Elteqé, Gibbetôn, Baalat,
45 Jehud, Bene-berak, Gath-rimmon,	45 Azor, Bené-Beraq et Gat-Rimmôn;
46 Me-jarkon and Rakkon, with the coast at Joppa.	46 et vers la mer Yeraqôn avec le territoire qui est en face de Joppé.
47 But the territory of the Danites was too small for them; so the Danites marched up and attacked Leshem, which they captured and put to the sword. Once they had taken possession of Leshem, they renamed the settlement after their ancestor Dan.	47 Mais le territoire des fils de Dan leur échappa, aussi les fils de Dan montèrent-ils pour combattreLéshem dont ils s'emparèrent et qu'ils passèrent au fil de l'épée. En ayant pris possession, ils s'y établirent etappelèrent Léshem, Dan, du nom de leur ancêtre Dan.
48 These cities and their villages were the heritage of the clans of the tribe of the Danites.	48 Tel fut l'héritage de la tribu des fils de Dan selon leurs clans: ces villes et leurs villages.
49 When the last of them had received the portions of the land they were to inherit, the Israelites assigned a heritage in their midst to Joshua, son of Nun.	49 Ayant achevé la répartition du pays selon ses frontières, les Israélites donnèrent à Josué, fils deNûn, un héritage au milieu d'eux;
50 In obedience to the command of the LORD, they gave him the city which he requested, Timnah-serah in the mountain region of Ephraim. 51 These are the final portions into which Eleazar the priest, Joshua, son of Nun, and the heads of families in the tribes of the Israelites divided the land by lot in the presence of the LORD, at the door of the meeting tent in Shiloh.	51 Telles sont les parts d'héritage que le prêtre Eléazar, Josué fils de Nûn et les chefs de famillerépartirent par le sort entre les tribus d'Israël à Silo, en présence de Yahvé, à l'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous.Ainsi fut terminé le partage du pays.
