2 And now our feet are standing within your gates, Jerusalem.	2 Eis que nossos pés se estacam diante de tuas portas, ó Jerusalém!
3 Jerusalem, built as a city, walled round about.	3 Jerusalém, cidade tão bem edificada, que forma um tão belo conjunto!
4 Here the tribes have come, the tribes of the LORD, As it was decreed for Israel, to give thanks to the name of the LORD.	4 Para lá sobem as tribos, as tribos do Senhor, segundo a lei de Israel, para celebrar o nome do Senhor.
5 Here are the thrones of justice, the thrones of the house of David.	5 Lá se acham os tronos de justiça, os assentos da casa de Davi.
6 For the peace of Jerusalem pray: "May those who love you prosper!	6 Pedi, vós todos, a paz para Jerusalém, e vivam em segurança os que te amam.
7 May peace be within your ramparts, prosperity within your towers."	7 Reine a paz em teus muros, e a tranqüilidade em teus palácios.
8 For family and friends I say, "May peace be yours."	8 Por amor de meus irmãos e de meus amigos, pedirei a paz para ti.
9 For the house of the LORD, our God, I pray, "May blessings be yours."	9 Por amor da casa do Senhor, nosso Deus, pedirei para ti a felicidade.
