Nehemiah 7

1 When the wall had been rebuilt, I had the doors set up, and the gatekeepers (and the singers and the Levites) were put in charge of them.	1 ولما بني السور واقمت المصاريع وترتب البوابون والمغنون واللاويون
2 Over Jerusalem I placed Hanani, my brother, and Hananiah, the commander of the citadel, who was a more trustworthy and God-fearing man than most.	2 اقمت حناني اخي وحننيا رئيس القصر على اورشليم لانه كان رجلا امينا يخاف الله اكثر من كثيرين.
3 I said to them: "The gates of Jerusalem are not to be opened until the sun is hot, and while the sun is still shining they shall shut and bar the doors. Appoint as watchmen the inhabitants of Jerusalem, some at their watch posts, and others before their own houses."	3 وقلت لهما لا تفتح ابواب اورشليم حتى تحمى الشمس وما داموا وقوفا فليغلقوا المصاريع ويقفلوها. وأقيم حراسات من سكان اورشليم كل واحد على حراسته وكل واحد مقابل بيته.
4 Now the city was quite wide and spacious, but its population was small, and none of the houses had been rebuilt.	4 وكانت المدينة واسعة الجناب وعظيمة والشعب قليلا في وسطها ولم تكن البيوت قد بنيت
5 When my God had put it into my mind to gather together the nobles, the magistrates, and the common people, and to examine their family records, I came upon the family list of those who had returned in the earliest period. There I found the following written:	5 فألهمني الهي ان اجمع العظماء والولاة والشعب لاجل الانتساب. فوجدت سفر انتساب الذين صعدوا اولا ووجدت مكتوبا فيه
6 These are the inhabitants of the province who returned from the captivity of the exiles whom Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, had carried away, and who came back to Jerusalem and Judah, each man to his own city	6 هؤلاء هم بنو الكورة الصاعدون من سبي المسبيين الذين سباهم نبوخذناصّر ملك بابل ورجعوا الى اورشليم ويهوذا كل واحد الى مدينته
7 (those who returned with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, and Baanah). The census of the men of Israel:	7 الذين جاءوا مع زربابل يشوع نحميا عزريا رعميا نحماني مردخاي بلشان مسفارث بغواي نحوم وبعنة. عدد رجال شعب اسرائيل.
8 sons of Parosh, two thousand one hundred and seventy-two;	8 بنو فرعوش الفان ومئة واثنان وسبعون.
9 sons of Shephatiah, three hundred and seventy-two;	9 بنو شفطيا ثلاث مئة واثنان وسبعون.
10 sons of Arah, six hundred and fifty-two;	10 بنو آرح ست مئة واثنان وخمسون.
11 sons of Pahath-moab who were sons of Jeshua and Joab, two thousand eight hundred and eighteen;	11 بنو فحث موآب من بني يشوع ويوآب الفان وثمان مئة وثمانية عشر.
12 sons of Elam, one thousand two hundred and fifty-four;	12 بنو عيلام الف ومئتان واربعة وخمسون.
13 sons of Zattu, eight hundred and forty-five;	13 بنو زتو ثمان مئة وخمسة واربعون.
14 sons of Zaccai, seven hundred and sixty;	14 بنو زكاي سبع مئة وستون.
15 sons of Binnui, six hundred and forty-eight;	15 بنو بنوي ست مئة وثمانية واربعون.
16 sons of Bebai, six hundred and twenty-eight;	16 بنو باباي ست مئة وثمانية وعشرون.
17 sons of Azgad, two thousand three hundred and twenty-two;	17 بنو عزجد الفان وثلاث مئة واثنان وعشرون.
18 sons of Adonikam, six hundred and sixty-seven;	18 بنو ادونيقام ست مئة وسبعة وستون.
19 sons of Bigvai, two thousand and sixty-seven;	19 بنو بغواي الفان وسبعة وستون.
20 sons of Adin, six hundred and fifty-five;	20 بنو عادين ست مئة وخمسة وخمسون.
21 sons of Ater who were sons of Hezekiah, ninety-eight;	21 بنو اطّير لحزقيا ثمانية وتسعون.
22 sons of Hashum, three hundred and twenty-eight;	22 بنو حشوم ثلاث مئة وثمانية وعشرون.
23 sons of Bezai, three hundred and twenty-four;	23 بنو بيصاي ثلاث مئة واربعة وعشرون.
24 sons of Hariph, one hundred and twelve;	24 بنو حاريف مئة واثنا عشر.
25 sons of Gibeon, ninety-five;	25 بنو جبعون خمسة وتسعون.
26 men of Bethlehem and Netophah, one hundred and eighty-eight;	26 رجال بيت لحم ونطوفة مئة وثمانية وثمانون.
27 men of Anathoth, one hundred and twenty-eight;	27 رجال عناثوث مئة وثمانية وعشرون.
28 men of Beth-azmaveth, forty-two;	28 رجال بيت عزموت اثنان واربعون.
29 men of Kiriath-jearim, Chephirah, and Beeroth, seven hundred and forty-three;	29 رجال قرية يعاريم كفيرة وبئيروت سبع مئة وثلاثة واربعون.
30 men of Ramah and Geba, six hundred and twenty-one;	30 رجال الرامة وجبع ست مئة وواحد وعشرون.
31 men of Michmas, one hundred and twenty-two;	31 رجال مخماس مئة واثنان وعشرون.
32 men of Bethel and Ai, one hundred and twenty-three;	32 رجال بيت ايل وعاي مئة وثلاثة وعشرون.
33 men of Nebo, fifty-two;	33 رجال نبو الاخرى اثنان وخمسون.
34 sons of another Elam, one thousand two hundred and fifty-four;	34 بنو عيلام الآخر الف ومئتان واربعة وخمسون.
35 sons of Harim, three hundred and twenty;	35 بنو حاريم ثلاث مئة وعشرون.
36 sons of Jericho, three hundred and forty-five;	36 بنو اريحا ثلاث مئة وخمسة واربعون.
37 sons of Lod, Hadid, and Ono, seven hundred and twenty-one;	37 بنو لود بنو حاديد واونو سبع مئة وواحد وعشرون.
38 sons of Senaah, three thousand nine hundred and thirty.	38 بنو سناءة ثلاثة آلاف وتسع مئة وثلاثون.
39 The priests: sons of Jedaiah who were of the house of Jeshua, nine hundred and seventy-three;	39 اما الكهنة فبنو يدعيا من بيت يشوع تسع مئة وثلاثة وسبعون.
40 sons of Immer, one thousand and fifty-two;	40 بنو امّير الف واثنان وخمسون.
41 sons of Pashhur, one thousand two hundred and forty-seven;	41 بنو فشحور الف ومئتان وسبعة واربعون.
42 sons of Harim, one thousand and seventeen.	42 بنو حاريم الف وسبعة عشر.
43 The Levites: sons of Jeshua, Kadmiel, Binnui, Hodeviah, seventy-four.	43 اما اللاويون فبنو يشوع لقدميئيل من بني هودويا اربعة وسبعون.
44 The singers: sons of Asaph, one hundred and forty-eight.	44 المغنون بنو آساف مئة وثمانية واربعون
45 The gatekeepers: sons of Shallum, sons of Ater, sons of Talmon, sons of Akkub, sons of Hatita, sons of Shobai, one hundred and thirty-eight.	45 البوابون بنو شلوم بنو آطير بنو طلمون بنو عقّوب بنو حطيطا بنو شوباي مئة وثمانية وثلاثون
46 The temple slaves: sons of Ziha, sons of Hasupha, sons of Tabbaoth,	46 النثينيم بنو صيحا بنو حسوفا بنو طباعوت
47 sons of Keros, sons of Sia, sons of Padon,	47 بنو قيروس بنو سيعا بنو فادون
48 sons of Lebana, sons of Hagaba, sons of Shalmai,	48 وبنو لبانة وبنو حجابة بنو سلماي
49 sons of Hanan, sons of Giddel, sons of Gahar,	49 بنو حانان بنو جديل بنو جاحر
50 sons of Reaiah, sons of Rezin, sons of Nekoda,	50 بنو رآيا بنو رصين وبنو نقودا
51 sons of Gazzam, sons of Uzza, sons of Paseah,	51 بنو جزّام بنو عزّا بنو فاسيح
52 sons of Besai, sons of the Meunites, sons of the Nephusites,	52 بنو بيساي بنو معونيم بنو نفيشسيم
53 sons of Bakbuk, sons of Hakupha, sons of Harhur,	53 بنو بقبوق بنو حقوفا بنو حرحور
54 sons of Bazlith, sons of Mehida, sons of Harsha,	54 بنو بصليت بنو محيدا بنو حرشا
55 sons of Barkos, sons of Sisera, sons of Temah,	55 بنو برقوس بنو سيسرا بنو تامح
56 sons of Neziah, sons of Hatipha.	56 بنو نصيح بنو حطيفا
57 Descendants of the slaves of Solomon: sons of Sotai, sons of Sophereth, sons of Perida,	57 بنو عبيد سليمان بنو سوطاي بنو سوفرث بنو فريدا
58 sons of Jaala, sons of Darkon, sons of Giddel,	58 بنو يعلا بنو درقون بنو جدّيل
59 sons of Shephatiah, sons of Hattil, sons of Pochereth-hazzebaim, sons of Amon.	59 بنو شفطيا بنو حطّيل بنو فوخرة الظباء بنو آمون.
60 The total of the temple slaves and the descendants of the slaves of Solomon was three hundred and ninety-two.	60 كل النثينيم وبني عبيد سليمان ثلاث مئة واثنان وتسعون
61 The following who returned from Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer were unable to prove that their ancestral houses and their descent were Israelite:	61 وهؤلاء هم الذين صعدوا من تل ملح وتل حرشا كروب وادون وامّير. ولم يستطيعوا ان يبيّنوا بيوت آبائهم ونسلهم هل هم من اسرائيل.
62 sons of Delaiah, sons of Tobiah, sons of Nekoda, six hundred and forty-two.	62 بنو دلايا بنو طوبيا بنو نقودا ست مئة واثنان واربعون.
63 Also, of the priests: sons of Hobaiah, sons of Hakkoz, sons of Barzillai (he had married one of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite and became known by his name).	63 ومن الكهنة بنو حبابا بنو هقوص بنو برزلاي الذي اخذ امرأة من بنات برزلاي الجلعادي وتسمى باسمهم.
64 These men searched their family records, but their names could not be found written there; hence they were degraded from the priesthood,	64 هؤلاء فحصوا عن كتابة انسابهم فلم توجد فرذلوا من الكهنوت.
65 and His Excellency ordered them not to partake of the most holy foods until there should be a priest bearing the Urim and Thummim.	65 وقال لهم الترشاثا ان لا يأكلوا من قدس الاقداس حتى يقوم كاهن للاوريم والتمّيم.
66 The entire assembly taken together came to forty-two thousand three hundred and sixty,	66 كل الجمهور معا اربع ربوات والفان وثلاث مئة وستون
67 not counting their male and female slaves, who were seven thousand three hundred and thirty-seven. They also had two hundred male and female singers. Their horses were seven hundred and thirty-six, their mules two hundred and forty-five,	67 فضلا عن عبيدهم وامائهم الذين كانوا سبعة آلاف وثلاث مئة وسبعة وثلاثين. ولهم من المغنّين والمغنيات مئتان وخمسة واربعون.
68 their camels four hundred and thirty-five, their asses six thousand seven hundred and twenty.	68 وخيلهم سبع مئة وستة وثلاثون وبغالهم مئتان وخمسة واربعون
69 Certain of the family heads contributed to the service. His Excellency put into the treasury one thousand drachmas of gold, fifty basins, thirty garments for priests, and five hundred minas of silver.	69 والجمال اربع مئة وخمسة وثلاثون والحمير ستة آلاف وسبع مئة وعشرون
70 Some of the family heads contributed to the treasury for the temple service: twenty thousand drachmas of gold and two thousand two hundred minas of silver.	70 والبعض من رؤوس الآباء اعطوا للعمل. الترشاثا اعطى للخزينة الف درهم من الذهب وخمسين منضحة وخمس مئة وثلاثين قميصا للكهنة.
71 The contributions of the rest of the people amounted to twenty thousand drachmas of gold, two thousand minas of silver, and sixty-seven garments for priests.	71 والبعض من رؤوس الآباء اعطوا لخزينة العمل ربوتين من الذهب والفين ومئتي منا من الفضة.
72 The priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple slaves, and all Israel took up residence in their cities.	72 وما اعطاه بقية الشعب ست ربوات من الذهب والفي منا من الفضة وسبعة وستون قميصا للكهنة.
	73 واقام الكهنة واللاويون والبوابون والمغنون وبعض الشعب والنثينيم وكل اسرائيل في مدنهم ولما استهل الشهر السابع وبنو اسرائيل في مدنهم
