1 Blessed be the Lord my God, who teacheth my hands to fight, and my fingers to war.	1 Himno de David. [Alef] Te alabaré, Dios mío, a ti, el único Rey, y bendeciré tu Nombre eternamente;
2 My mercy, and my refuge: my support, and my deliverer: My protector, and I have hoped in him: who subdueth my people under me.	2 [Bet] Día tras día te bendeciré, y alabaré tu Nombre sin cesar.
3 Lord, what is man, that thou art made known to him? or the son of man, that thou makest account of him?	3 [Guímel] ¡Grande es el Señor y muy digno de alabanza: su grandeza es insondable!
4 Man is like to vanity: his days pass away like a shadow.	4 [Dálet] Cada generación celebra tus acciones y le anuncia a las otras tus portentos:
5 Lord, bow down thy heavens and descend: touch the mountains and they shall smoke.	5 [He] Ellas publican sus tremendos prodigios y narran tus grandes proezas;

7 Put forth thy hand from on high, take me out, and deliver me from many waters: from the hand of strange children:	7 [Zain] divulgan el recuerdo de tu inmensa bondad y cantan alegres por tu victoria.
8 Whose mouth hath spoken vanity: and their right hand is the right hand of iniquity.	8 [Jet] El Señor es bondadoso y compasivo, lento para enojarse y de gran misericordia;
9 To thee, O God, I will sing a new canticle: on the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings I will sing praises to thee.	9 [Tet] el Señor es bueno con todos y tiene compasión de todas sus criaturas.
10 Who givest salvation to kings: who hast redeemed thy servant David from the malicious sword:	10 [Iod] Que todas tus obras te den gracias, Señor, y tus fieles te bendigan;
11 Deliver me, And rescue me out of the hand of strange children; whose mouth hath spoken vanity: and their right hand is the right hand of iniquity:	11 [Caf] que anuncien la gloria de tu reino y proclamen tu poder.
12 Whose sons are as new plants in their youth: Their daughters decked out, adorned round about after the similitude of a temple:	12 [Lámed] Así manifestarán a los hombres tu fuerza y el glorioso esplendor de tu reino:
13 Their storehouses full, flowing out of this into that. Their sheep fruitful in young, abounding in their goings forth:	13 [Mem] Tu reino es un reino eterno, y tu dominio permanece para siempre. [Nun] El Señor es fiel en todas sus palabras y bondadoso en todas sus acciones.

15 They have called the people happy, that hath these things: but happy is that people whose God is the Lord.	15 [Ain] Los ojos de todos esperan en ti, y tú les das la comida a su tiempo;

	17 [Sade] El Señor es justo en todos sus caminos y bondadoso en todas sus acciones.
	18 [Qof] El Señor está cerca de aquellos que lo invocan, de aquellos que lo invocan de verdad;
	19 [Res] cumple los deseos de sus fieles, escucha su clamor y los salva;
	20 [Sin] el Señor protege a todos sus amigos y destruye a los malvados.
	21 [Tau] Mi boca proclamará la alabanza del Señor: que todos los vivientes bendigan su santo Nombre, desde ahora y para siempre.
