1 Il Signore regna: tremino i popoli.Siede in trono sui cherubini: si scuota la terra.	1 A Psalm of Confession.
2 Grande è il Signore in Sion,eccelso sopra tutti i popoli.	2 Shout joyfully to God, all the earth. Serve the Lord with rejoicing. Enter into his sight in exultation.
3 Lodino il tuo nome grande e terribile.Egli è santo!	3 Know that the Lord himself is God. He made us, and we ourselves did not. We are his people and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Forza del re è amare il diritto.Tu hai stabilito ciò che è retto;diritto e giustizia hai operato in Giacobbe.	4 Enter his gates with confession, his courts with hymns, and acknowledge him. Praise his name.
5 Esaltate il Signore, nostro Dio,prostratevi allo sgabello dei suoi piedi.Egli è santo!	5 For the Lord is sweet, his mercy is in eternity, and his truth is from generation to generation.
6 Mosè e Aronne tra i suoi sacerdoti,Samuele tra quanti invocavano il suo nome:invocavano il Signore ed egli rispondeva.
7 Parlava loro da una colonna di nubi:custodivano i suoi insegnamentie il precetto che aveva loro dato.
8 Signore, nostro Dio, tu li esaudivi,eri per loro un Dio che perdona,pur castigando i loro peccati.
9 Esaltate il Signore, nostro Dio,prostratevi davanti alla sua santa montagna,perché santo è il Signore, nostro Dio!
