KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Örvendezzetek igazak, az Úrban, igaz emberekhez illik a dicséret!	1 Shout for joy, you upright; praise comes wel from the honest.
2 Áldjátok az Urat lanttal, zengjetek neki dalt tízhúrú hárfával!	2 Give thanks to Yahweh on the lyre, play for him on the ten-stringed lyre.
3 Daloljatok neki új éneket, ujjongó szóval ügyesen zsoltárt énekeljetek neki!	3 Sing to him a new song, make sweet music for your cry of victory.
4 Mert igaz az Úr igéje, és minden tette hűséggel teli.	4 The word of Yahweh is straightforward, al he does springs from his constancy.
5 Az igazságot és a törvényt szereti; Az Úr irgalma betölti a földet.	5 He loves uprightness and justice; the faithful love of Yahweh fil s the earth.
6 Az Úr szava alkotta az egeket, szájának lehelete minden seregüket.	6 By the word of Yahweh the heavens were made, by the breath of his mouth all their array.
7 A tenger vizeit mintegy tömlőbe gyűjtötte, az örvényeket tárházakba helyezte.	7 He collects the waters of the sea like a dam, he stores away the abyss in his treasure-house.
8 Félje az Urat az egész föld, remegjen előtte a földkerekség minden lakója!	8 Let the whole earth fear Yahweh, let al who dwel in the world revere him;
9 Mert ő szólt, és meglettek, parancsolt, és létrejöttek.	9 for, the moment he spoke, it was so, no sooner had he commanded, than there it stood!
10 Felforgatja az Úr a nemzetek szándékait, elveti a népek gondolatait.	10 Yahweh thwarts the plans of nations, frustrates the counsels of peoples;
11 De megmarad az Úr terve mindörökre, szíve szándéka nemzedékről nemzedékre.	11 but Yahweh's own plan stands firm for ever, his heart's counsel from age to age.
12 Boldog az a nemzet, amelynek Istene az Úr, az a nép, amelyet tulajdonául kiválasztott!	12 How blessed the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people he has chosen as his heritage.
13 Letekint az Úr az égből, mind látja az emberek fiait.	13 From heaven Yahweh looks down, he sees al the children of Adam,
14 Hajlékából nézi a föld megannyi lakóját.	14 from the place where he sits he watches al who dwel on the earth;
15 Egytől-egyig ő alkotta szívüket, ismeri minden tettüket.	15 he alone moulds their hearts, he understands al they do.
16 Nem szabadítja meg a királyt a nagy sereg, s a hőst nem menti meg nagy ereje.	16 A large army wil not keep a king safe, nor his strength save a warrior's life;
17 Nem nyújt neki a ló biztos segítséget, nem szabadítja meg hatalmas ereje.	17 it is delusion to rely on a horse for safety, for all its power it cannot save.
18 De íme, nézi az Úr szeme azokat, akik félik őt, akik remélik irgalmát,	18 But see how Yahweh watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his faithful love,
19 és megmenti a haláltól lelküket, s éhínség idején is táplálja őket.	19 to rescue them from death and keep them alive in famine.
20 Lelkünket az Úr hordozza, ő segít meg s oltalmaz minket.	20 We are waiting for Yahweh; he is our help and our shield,
21 Valóban, benne örvend a szívünk, és szent nevében reménykedünk.	21 for in him our heart rejoices, in his holy name we trust.
22 Legyen, Uram, irgalmad rajtunk, amint benned bizakodunk!	22 Yahweh, let your faithful love rest on us, as our hope has rested in you.
