1 This is the book of the generation of Adam. In the day that God created man, he made him to the likeness of God.	1 Questo è il libro della genealogia di Adamo. Nel giorno in cui Dio creò Adamo, lo fece a somiglianza di Dio.

5 And all the time that Adam lived came to nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.	5 L'intera vita di Adamo fu di novecentotrent'anni, poi morì.
6 Seth also lived a hundred and five years, and begot Enos.	6 Quando Set ebbe centocinque anni generò Enos;
7 And Seth lived after he begot Enos, eight hundred and seven years, and begot sons and daughters.	7 e dopo aver generato Enos, Set visse ancora ottocentosette anni e generò figli e figlie.
8 And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years, and he died.	8 L'intera vita di Set fu di novecentododici anni, poi morì.
9 And Enos lived ninety years, and begot Cainan.	9 Quando Enos ebbe novant'anni generò Kenan;
10 After whose birth he lived eight hundred and fifteen years, and begot sons and daughters.	10 ed Enos, dopo aver generato Kenan, visse ancora ottocentoquindici anni e generò figli e figlie.

15 And Malaleel lived sixty-five years, and begot Jared.	15 Quando Malaleel ebbe sessantacinque anni generò Iared;
16 And Malaleel lived after he begot Jared, eight hundred and thirty years, and begot sons and daughters.	16 e Malaleel, dopo aver generato Iared, visse ancora ottocentotrent'anni e generò figli e figlie.
17 And all the days of Malaleel were eight hundred and ninety-five years, and he died.	17 L'intera vita di Malaleel fu di ottocentonovantacinque anni, poi morì.
18 And Jared lived a hundred and sixty-two years, and begot Henoch.	18 Quando Iared ebbe centosessantadue anni generò Enoch;
19 And Jared lived after he begot Henoch, eight hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.	19 e Iared, dopo aver generato Enoch, visse ancora ottocento anni e generò figli e figlie.
20 And all the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years, and he died.	20 L'intera vita di Iared fu di novecentosessantadue anni, poi morì.
21 And Henoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Mathusala.	21 Quando Enoch ebbe sessantacinque anni generò Matusalemme;
22 And Henoch walked with God: and lived after he begot Mathusala, three hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.	22 Enoch camminò con Dio. Enoch, dopo aver generato Matusalemme, visse ancora trecento anni e generò figli e figlie.
23 And all the days of Henoch were three hundred and sixty-five years.	23 L'intera vita di Enoch fu di trecentosessantacinque anni.
24 And he walked with God, and was seen no more: because God took him.	24 Enoch camminò con Dio e non ci fu più, poiché Dio lo rapì.
25 And Mathusala lived a hundred and eighty-seven years, and begot Lamech.	25 Quando Matusalemme ebbe centottantasette anni generò Lamech;
26 And Mathusala lived after he begot Lamech, seven hundred and eighty-two years, and begot sons and daughters.	26 e Matusalemme, dopo aver generato Lamech, visse ancora settecentottantadue anni e generò figli e figlie.
27 And all the days of Mathusala were nine hundred and sixty-nine years, and he died.	27 L'intera vita di Matusalemme fu di novecentosessantanove anni, poi morì.
28 And Lamech lived a hundred and eighty-two years, and begot a son.	28 Quando Lamech ebbe centottantadue anni generò un figlio,
29 And he called his name Noe, saying: This same shall comfort us from the works and labours of our hands on the earth which the Lord hath cursed.	29 e lo chiamò Noè dicendo: "Costui ci consolerà del nostro lavoro e della sofferenza delle nostre mani, a causa del suolo che il Signore ha maledetto".
30 And Lamech lived after he begot Noe, five hundred and ninety-five years, and he begot sons and daughters.	30 E Lamech, dopo aver generato Noè, visse ancora cinquecentonovantacinque anni e generò figli e figlie.
31 And all the days of Lamech came to seven hundred and seventy-seven years, and he died. And Noe, when he was five hundred years old, begot Sem, Cham, and Japheth.	31 L'intera vita di Lamech fu di settecentosettantasette anni, poi morì.
	32 Noè raggiunse l'età di cinquecento anni, quindi generò Sem, Cam e Iafet.
