1 In fine, (per il) cantico del salmo della resurrezione. Giubilate a Dio ogni terra;	1 To the end, a psalm of David. The canticle of Jeremias and Ezechiel to the people of the captivity, when they began to go out.
2 dicete il salmo al nome suo; date la gloria alla laude sua.	2 A Hymn, O God, becometh thee in Sion: and a vow shall be paid to thee in Jerusalem.
3 Dicete a Dio: come sono terribili le tue opere, Signore! nella moltitudine della tua virtù a te mentiranno li nemici tuoi.	3 O hear my prayer: all flesh shall come to thee.
4 Ogni terra adori te, e te lodi; dica il salmo al nome tuo.	4 The words of the wicked have prevailed over us: and thou wilt pardon our transgressions.
5 Venite, e vedete le opere di Dio; terribile ne' consigli sopra li figliuoli delli uomini.	5 Blessed is he whom thou hast chosen and taken to thee: he shall dwell in thy courts. We shall be filled with the good things of thy house; holy is thy temple,
6 Egli convertì il mare in siccità; il fiume passeranno colli piedi; ivi ci rallegreremo in lui.	6 wonderful in justice. Hear us, O God our saviour, who art the hope of all the ends of the earth, and in the sea afar off.
7 Nella sua virtù signorizza egli sempre; risguardano li suoi occhi sopra la gente; coloro che provocano non saranno esaltati in sè stessi.	7 Thou who preparest the mountains by thy strength, being girded with power:
8 Benedicete, genti, l' Iddio nostro; e fate udire la voce della [sua] laude.	8 who troublest the depth of the sea, the noise of its waves. The Gentiles shall be troubled,
9 La vita egli ha posto [al] l'anima mia; e non ha dato in moversi li piedi miei.	9 and they that dwell in the uttermost borders shall be afraid at thy signs: thou shalt make the outgoings of the morning and of the evening to be joyful.
10 Imperò [che] noi hai provato, Iddio; col fuoco ha'ne esaminati, come esàminasi l'argento.	10 Thou hast visited the earth, and hast plentifully watered it; thou hast many ways enriched it. The river of God is filled with water, thou hast prepared their food: for so is its preparation.
11 Ha'ne lasciati andare nel lacciuolo; ponesti le tribulazioni sopra le spalle nostre;	11 Fill up plentifully the streams thereof, multiply its fruits; it shall spring up and rejoice in its showers.
12 e gli uomini sopra li capi nostri. Passammo per fuoco e per acqua; e ha'ne menati in refrigerio.	12 Thou shalt bless the crown of the year of thy goodness: and thy fields shall be filled with plenty.
13 Entrarò nella tua casa; con sacrificii a te renderò li voti miei, mia.	13 The beautiful places of the wilderness shall grow fat: and the hills shall be girded about with joy,
14 che hanno distillato le labbra mie. E nella mia tribulazione ha parlato la bocca	14 The rams of the flock are clothed, and the vales shall abound with corn: they shall shout, yea they shall sing a hymn.
15 A te offerirò li sacrificii grassi coll' incenso de' montoni; a te offerirò li bovi con li becchi.
16 Tutti voi che temete Iddio, venite, udite; cantarovvi quante cose egli ha fatto all' anima mia.
17 A lui gridai colla bocca mia, e mi rallegrai sotto la lingua mia.
18 Se nel mio cuore ho amato la iniquità, il Signore non mi esaudirà.
19 Imperò Iddio ha me esaudito, e ha inteso alla voce del mio prego.
20 Benedetto Iddio, che da me non ha levato la orazione mia e la misericordia sua.
